Pedometer is not accurate. However, the sleep tracker does seem accurate.
I bought this for my 20 year old son. He does not sleep well so I wanted to track his sleep. This tracker seems to be the most accurate sleep tracker that we have purchased. However the pedometer feature picks up hand motions. The first day he wore it he sat down to talk with me for about 30 minutes. it registered over a hundred steps. That really surprised me because he is not someone who gestures with his hands. He wasn't feeling well and spent the day playing video games he didn't get off the couch. It tracked 4,000 steps in 2 hours. The face lights up when you move your arm even when it's tracking sleep. It's very bright and it wakes you up. It turns off when the battery is at one third power. I really don't recommend this tracker. I'm surprised by all the good reviews.

Time and date cannot be edited from device. Sleep monitor didn't launch
I bought this product primarily for the sleep tracker but was unable to activate that function in the device, therefore I returned it.Otherwise the device seems very sturdy and band is comfortable watch like design. Pedometer was not accurate which I expected but blood pressure, heart rate and blood O2 readings were precise. I verified results with blood pressure and O2 device that I own. Time and date can only be updated via connected device and not from the watch itself.

It did not sync well with the computer
The device seemed easy to set up with the computer, but the synking process was hit and miss at best. After a few weeks trying it, we gave up.

It's a lie! Don't believe the hype. It's not true.
It's a lie. The blood pressure and pulse measurements are just made up numbers. This device is not even close. I have come to believe that time and date is made up also. It does not even connect to my Goole fit app like it says it does. I don't know how this can be sold on Amazon. Amazon must not have any morals when it comes to sellers marketing techniques.

Does not last nearly the amount of time advertised.
The product lasts about 1/7th of the amount of time said it will. Even with little to no use it lasts a day if I am lucky. If I actually use the features it goes dead in 8-9 hours. Longest it has survived of the charger was 2 days with 0 use.I have had the product less than a month.

Crap
Not what i expected. And the app stopped working. And the screen is broken and wont respond. I've had it for maybe 3 hours.. i should've read the reviews before hand...

Not a good product the screen is so dull you can't even read it... sometimes the battery lasts for days sometimes for several hours... would not recommend
