My camera has gone up and beyond with excellent performance as well as Customer Service. Even though there is a wait time because of time differences they still reach out through google email, WhatsApp, and Have a Customer Service number as well. When setting up camera I would suggest not adding a phone number unless it is not going to change. EseeCloud has been very gracious to myself personally and I hope you have the same experience I have. Setup was beyond super easy, quality of camera photos are excellent, it never disconnects and I can look through my phone while away to check my house.

I prefer these to the Ring service. Very easy setup and an affordable basic service. The 2K video is clear and the camera functions very well in low light situations.

Great product easily installed. However instructions could be made less confusing to explain the use of the security cameras. I had to purchase separately SIM cards to be able to store data. I’m still trying to figure out how to delete data and video from the system. Picture quality, video resolution quality, speaker and night vision are all on point rating from great to excellent.

Very clear picture, easy set up once I downloaded the app, and I was able to connect it to my Alexa. Only thing is the cloud storage can only be used with one device, so it does have to be purchased for each camera you buy. Motion tracking and 2 way communication are great, but motion tracking can interfere with communication so be mindful. Otherwise, great quality.

I absolutely love these cameras. The cameras are pretty easy to use and set up was really easy. I like that there are two cameras in the package. My cameras are black, but I seem to recall having a choice of black or white. I like the black because they are not as noticeable. I have the two cameras side by side, pointed in different directions. The cameras are really easy to control with the app on your phone. You do have a choice of storing your videos in their cloud, for a monthly fee, or you can store your videos on an SD card kept in your camera. There was some confusion for me with the videos and storage and viewing. I sent a message to support and received a response fairly quickly. We went back and forth multiple times and support kept answering until my questions were answered and all issues resolved. I even received an email a few weeks later asking if everything was still okay with my cameras and making sure everything was working. And assuring me if I have any more issues to just email and let them know and they will work with me until everything is resolved. A couple of things it took me a little bit to figure out - if you are just using the SD card, which I do, as this is sufficient for me, if you click "events" you will only be able to view apx 10 seconds of your video. But if you click playback and then SD card you can view your entire video. You are able to set the camera to event record, meaning it will only record if motion is detected or you can record all the time. You are also able to set the sensitivity of how easily the camera is triggered. The camera also records sound and you are able to talk to the person at your door thru the app. I have never used this feature but would be nice if I wanted to use it. The camera will support up to a 128 gb micro sd card. Once the card is full the videos will record over themselves and will replace the oldest videos first. I also like that I am able to hit the record on the app on my phone and make the camera start recording. I would definitely recommend these cameras and would purchase these same cameras in the future if I ever have any more available light sockets. Oh and that is another super awesome great thing. All you have to do is screw this camera into a light socket just like a light bulb. These cameras can be used outdoors. Mine are screwed into a light socket that is outside. It is under the eve of the house so it is not soaked with water but I am sure does get wet when it rains and the wind blows. And so far it has not hurt the camera at all.
