Although I don't have special chemicals or a microscope to objectively test the Acetyl-L-Carnitine I think it has a higher concentration of ALCAR than other brands I have tried. Also it seemed another brand caused me to have a runny nose.

As I explained in my first review, I have IBS, and basically most of the supplements as well as several foods cause me digestive issues. This supplement, was recommended by my dermatologist, who’s one of the best in the state, to manage joint and muscle pain caused by Accutane. She was very direct when recommending this exact brand. There is good research showing the effectiveness of this product on patients on Accutane experiencing muscle and joint pain, so this is really a reliable supplement! I can't finish this now, except to say, I really don't know if this multiple vitamins are working for me, can't ask Amazon, but I still appreciate most of Amazon's Customer Service people that helps Me and Brandy being best to try getting help from Thorne Research!
