Chances are you won't like them. However
First, I want to say something important: if you are not a fan of low-carb food sources such as Atkins or Miracle Noodles -- don't try these. Chances are you won't like them. However, I am very used to low-carb products due to my diabetic parents. So for me, this was a great snack that provided crunch and flavor without all the extra fat and carbs. I'm currently on a Macros diet that calls for high protein, but lower carbs and fat. This snack does the trick of filling me up while also keeping my macros on track. When you first take a bite, the texture is more like a very, very light version of a pita chip. Towards the end, the flavor tends to get a bit bland, but nothing horrible by my standards. Overall, this is a pretty awesome product considering the nutrition facts.

Gross.
These are honest to god so gross. They have a consistency like styrofoam and the flavor is overwhelming with the aftertaste of vomit. They leave my mouth feeling like I stuck a blowdryer in there for 10 min and I need to chug a whole gallon of water to make it feel a little less cotton-mouthed. I bought a big box to keep in my car as I’m at school literally all day and the only time they taste even a little bit good is if I’m actually starving and have nothing else to eat. They DO however curb your appetite because they taste so horrible that they make you feel sick and not want to eat anything for the rest of the day. The flavor also makes your breath smell like ammonia. Don’t buy unless you want to suffer

Tastes like carbs!
If you are like me and have a carb addiction and a hard time bumping up your protein intake, these chips are for you. Every time I start working out regularly, I can never seem to get enough protein into my diet. It's always this game of "choose the least offensive" among protein bars, protein drinks or endless chicken breasts day in and day out, all of which gets pretty boring pretty fast especially on top of eating a low carb diet. Well these chips are the only thing that feels like carbs in your mouth but supplies your body like protein! Truly I am amazed that we are able to engineer this kind of dupe. Sure I wouldn't be bringing these to a party, but chances are if you landed on this page and are reading this review, you're probably looking for a more enjoyable way to take in protein. Get em. They're as carby and guilt free as you'll get!

Just okay
Flavor-wise, these are pretty good. Satisfied the urge I had for something salty and crispy without any sort of aftertaste. And, initially, the texture is okay, too. They have a pleasant crisp right off the bat but once you start chewing, they get a little weird. It's really hard to describe. It's not chalky per se, but something about it is reminiscent of chewing on wood chips (I'd guess - I haven't chewed on many wood chips). It almost tastes "dry," if that makes sense. Like a "dry mush." I know that's an oxymoron but I can't think of any way to describe it. It just fell flat.I'll probably finish the box I ordered, albeit slowly, because they ARE tasty, but I'm not sure I'll reorder. Maybe they'll grow on me?

Nice option for a protein crunchy snack
The Quest chips are a filling crunchy (very dry) protein snack, but they are still a highly processed food, even if they are baked. The flavors are somewhat enjoyable, but not delicious (personal opinion). If you look for extra protein, they're fine; but there are many more natural chip options at ~130 calories per snack bag of 28-32g if you just want a crunchy `healthy` savory snack. The combination of protein powder, corn starch and psyllium husks makes this chips very dry and I strongly recommend drinking lots of water when eating these. The chips are very thin, almost paper like thin. I can actually understand why the dryness of these chips reminds some people of cardboard, but I personally don't mind this texture.I do like the option of protein savory snacks since I don't have a sweet tooth and I dislike that almost all protein bars are sweet (some offerings being sickening sweet). Also, compared to the Quest protein bars, I like that they're not overloaded with fiber (which causes me sometimes bloating).I like that the chips are portioned, but they are not a snack that's good on the go. Depending on the bag, more or less chips get crumbled and you need to `scoop` the remains. When I ordered the 8-pack from Amazon, the chips were delivered in a big box, with a good fit (the bags don't move around too much, but aren't squished together). Still, some chips in the bags are broken or crumbled.I tried in time all the Quest chips flavors that were available.I do like that while being savory, the chips are not too salty. For me, the whey flavor is barely noticeable and the aftertaste is minimal.-> Sour Cream & Onion: I somewhat enjoyed this flavor (and I'm a sour cream & onion chips fan), but the sourness is more vinegary to me than sour cream or buttermilk like; the (green) onion flavor is perfectly balanced and there's some tiny green sprinkles that I assume are dried chives. Just don't expect them to taste like regular potato chips.-> Cheddar & Sour Cream: While the flavor is not `sharp Cheddar` like, it's quite cheesy and almost delicious, with just a tiny amount of sourness. It kind of smells cheesy, but in a good way for a cheese fan like me.-> BBQ: These basically taste like anything BBQ flavored, but more leaning towards the taste of spiced ketchup, but more sweet than spicy. This flavor also has a hint of vinegar taste, but I found the overall taste quite enjoyable.

Not my cup of tea
I don't like leaving a bad review, but these were not my cup of tea. Considering the Macros, these are not bad at all. I was hopeful, but was not happy with them. The first amazing crunch got me so excited! I was like finally I have something to replace potato chips. Sadly that turned into a very unpleasant texture with no flavor. Now granted I am a huge texture person and can be particular. One of my coworkers described it like a flavorless rice cake. Personally it reminded me of a very thin communion wafer once it was in my mouth for a little bit. Like I said it was after the initial crunch the texture changed. I am not trying to be rude, just honest on how they tasted to me. But, like I said I have an issue with textures. It was more the texture that I couldn't do. Everyone has different tastes and I can see how someone would like it, but it was not for me.
