I just started this program in an effort to detox from the holiday. The vanilla flavor is delicious and doesn’t have a chalky consistency like other shakes. It also kept me full all morning. The afternoon BHB is a bit sweet and gave me nice energy through the afternoon without the jitters. I recommend the product!

It makes me sick every time I tried to drink them.

OMG !! This shake was awful. It was so hard on my stomach, And yes i did follow the instructions only dranking half the serving size for the first few days. I was never able to actually drink the shake in its entirety. I had to return for a refund i was so hopeful now I’m just disappointed 😔 as i still haven’t received my refund !

Read the reviews prior to buying and knew that there was a little GI distress but didn't give it too much thought. The first day I had a shake as my dinner meal since Amazon dropped off late, all good with no problems and even tasted pretty good. The next morning rolls around and I have one for breakfast, wow it felt like I swallowed the Tasmanian Devil and he was trying to get out (ok maybe not that bad but close), stomach felt a little rough for about an hour. Being the glutton for punishment I am, I repeated it the same exact way but tried to drink it slower. Had some stomach issues (no details are necessary, think you get the point) but got over it. The next day I tried something different (who says can't teach an old dog) and had a shake for lunch, drank slow and no issues. The next day I drank the shake faster and no issues, so either it takes a little getting used to it or you shouldn't try drinking on a very empty stomach.The good thing I will say is I don't feel hungry but in general I don't feel that hungry on the keto diet. I like the keto diet but didn't like the flu or being hungry or food prepping this solves all and it tastes good. This is easy and satisfying with an energy boost. I've just started this month and I'm impressed with the weight loss and my energy increase.

I was on the fence about purchasing this after reading some reviews. I am happy I did. The shakes taste very good and I have had no GI problems at all. I do mix with almond milk and run it through a blender so there is no grittiness from the powder. I have lost quite a bit of weight.

I did not receive the Apple Pear BHB. The rest of the order is fine. I don’t feel like I can review with the right products.

I really liked this 30 Day Bundle. The vanilla shake tasted good and wasn’t chalky at all. I especially liked it with a little cinnamon sprinkled in! The Apple-Pear BHB Salts also tasted surprisingly good. I added more water than recommended to get it to just the right sweetness for me. Overall I felt like this bundle was a good tool to have as I switched to eating Keto.
