Works Great
Good pump. Works like it is suppose to. Use it to transfer fuel out of a drum and it does the job. Assembly was very simple and I liked the fact that the outlet was threaded for 3/4' pipe. I assemblied a hose the lenght I wanted and threaded it into the outlet. Only issue I had was I had to use a longer set screw to fasten the handle to the pump shaft. For some reason the hole drilled in the shaft was too deep and the supplied screw would not tighten the handle sufficiently.

Okay over all
The product was easy to assemble. It took a little bit of pumping to get it primed then worked great. I have only used it once so far. There were no instructions with it. I thought that was odd. The set screw in the bung was kind of cheap. There is a lot of play in the pipe in the barrel bung adapter. It has one little set screw to hold the pipe, but swings back and forth. I took a couple of straps and clamped them to the rim of the barrel and a hose clamp on the pipe. that made it solid when I was pumping. It filled my tractor in a couple of minutes.

Declining Chinese quality!
I have bought three or four of these pumps over the past several years, always with good results (and always for considerably less money). But this order couldn't have been more disappointing! While it LOOKS just like my previous pumps, nothing on it seems to be the same. All pieces are significantly cheaper, flimsier, more brittle, and don't fit with my adaptations to prior purchases of the same pump.Firstly, the shaft seal leaks prodigiously! It doesn't merely drip, it STREAMS! Secondly, the handle is no longer a solid wood design, but a fragile plastic that feels as though it will likely break within the next few uses. More importantly, the screw that holds it to the crank handle loosens itself with every turn. Every three or four minutes you have to get out a screwdriver to tighten it again. (Not fun with your hands all covered up in oil from the leaky shaft seal!) Thirdly, the riser tube is now made from much thinner, more brittle material (more susceptible to buckling), and the threads were so badly burred that it was difficult to assemble. Fourth, the wingbolt on the riser tube collar has a plastic head that quickly breaks free from the threads and just spins on the shaft of the bolt, rendering it useless, and the collar unmovable. In a word, this thing is JUNK!! It's not even worth the twenty bucks or so I've always spent on this pump in the past -- let alone closing in on twice that!

4 and out the door
The pump worked really well... 3 times. Then the handle fell off, not a big deal just a screw driver needed to put it back on. On its 4th use nothing came out no mater which way I turned the handle. 5th use the handle won't rotate at all... Very disappointed.

Works as advertised
Pump seems solid. The pickup tubes are about 12-14 inches, there are 3 pieces with a mesh screen that is capable of fitting onto 2 of the pipe pieces. Pipe tube is thin (one of mine had rust around the thread area). Assembled fast and put to use. Works well, pumps relatively fast. I would buy again.

Bad fitting parts worse customer service.
Arrived in timely manner. 3 part pipe was impossible to put together without using a file to chamfer the threads. Even then the threads wouldn't bottom out preventing an airtight fit; i.e., the pump failed to pull the fluid until the joints were sealed with epoxie. The pump to pipe fit fine but it too was not sealed to allow fluid to pump. Once all fittings were sealed the pump worked fine. Contacted the seller with the info and asked for feedback but got no response. Don't think they care much about the quality of the product they are selling.
