Worked like a charm!
I like that a replacement was available that worked. I was just guessing that the battery/power pack that came with my drill was the item that had died. This item fixed my issue. I’ll be buying another one.

My product came used!!! Ugh
My product came used! I opened the battery and there’s small dents and scratches, and a smear of dry white paint in the crevices of the battery! Im very upset about this because I was just about to use it and now I have to return it! Ugh!
