Pretty impressed but assembly not the easiest.
This is a two part review- I love the product itself. It’s functional and has freed up a lot of space in our small bathroom. 2 or 3 stars for assembly. I have mastered the assembly of products from Wayfair, ikea etc. but this. Assembly was a 2 part challenge. First getting the pin out of the hinge. Once the pin is out, getting this together and on the door.. I had to call a handyman. I have a lot of patience but this one need more patience and hands than I have.

Exactly What I Wanted
Worked exactly as expected. Easy to install and holds towels discreetly behind the door so I didn’t have to install unwanted towel racks.

Very pleased with my purchase! It does need a few tweaks when you install it.
I hesitated to order this because of the bad reviews, but I'm so glad I did! I actually ordered a third door hinge based on a few reviews, but I ended up not needing it at all. With a few tweaks, this turned out to be absolutely perfect for my. needs. It took me about 10 minutes to install, which wasn't that bad considering all of the trial and error. The instructions weren't very helpful, so I included some hacks below, in case they might be helpful to anyone else. 1. Removing the door pin: - Before you remove the door pin, insert something in the space between the door & floor so that the door stays level after you take off the pin. -Use a hammer and nail to wedge the door pin out of the hinge. No need to buy extra fancy tools. 2. Installing the poles: - Ignore the instructions on how to position the brackets based on the length between the door hinges. I ended up using the "up" position for both the top and bottom even though the instructions said to use the "up" position for the top and the "down" position for the bottom. - Also ignore the instructions on assembling the pole before installing on hinge, because the poles will keep sliding off of each other during the process. - For the bracket positions, start with the top door hinge and use the "up" position for that bracket. The bottom one is a bit trickier. Hold the bracket on top of the hinge and find ways to use the "up" or "down" position so that you find a spot where the screw hole aligns with the bracket hole (You'll see what I mean when you see the screw hole and bracket hole area). It does take some trial and error to get the perfect spot. AFTER you find that spot, you can tighten the screw in. - When re-inserting the pin, use a hammer to push down the pin until it's wedged all the way in. Start with the top hinge. This part is especially important when you try to install the rest of the pole. If you don't hammer the pin securely in its place, it will get pushed out when you are installing the other pole sections, especially the bottom one. 3. Installing the arms: - Install the "arms" AFTER you install the poles on the hinge. The instructions include this as part of Step 1 but just ignore that part. The "arms" will keep falling off when you install the poles, so avoid the hassle and just save this step for last. - The part that's wobbly are the "arms." I found the rest of the clutter buster to be really sturdy. After I finished assembling the poles, I inserted the arms into the pole, but I applied some industrial strength glue in between the gaps where the arms are inserted into the poles (you'll see what I mean when you install). This made the arms stop wobbling. Overall, Im really pleased with my purchase & I would recommend this product. It does take a few tweaks, but feel l that it was worth the time and effort for me.

Not worth the time or cost
I ordered this for our guest bathroom over 3 years ago after seeing a similar product at my grandmother's house. We are expecting guests next week so I finally just got around to installing and it was horrible. It didn't fit the door so I had to add a hole and cut a pole to make it fit. Finally got it up and it's flimsy with no towels and doesn't function or swivel as it should, not even the parts I didn't modify. Totally not worth the headache. Will be removing and trashing after the family leaves. I'm just hoping it lasts the week. My grandmother has had hers for years and it's super sturdy and mostly wood. Still looking for that one.

Great idea - Terrible execution
This is a great idea for hanging multiple towels in a small space. I had little clearance behind my door so this seemed like the perfect answer. Well, it is, kinda. The most frustrating thing is how poorly this concept was executed. The bars feel extremely cheap, the vertical pieces don't lock together tightly, and the whole thing doesn't actually swing with the door when you open and close it - instead it just sort of flops around aimlessly. What is most frustrating is how anyone with any common sense could see how to fix these deficiencies both easily and cheaply. Have little plastic pieces secure the vertical bars together snugly. Duh! That would cost 5 cents. Have a way to anchor the whole thing to the door so that it swings with the door. Again, duh! Another 5 cents. I'm keeping this for now b/c I need the functionality, but once someone else executes this idea more effectively I will get that one instead.

Does The Trick!
Bought this door towel rack to replace a broken rack at my daughter's in her extra bathroom. The hook on the top is perfect for a hat!!

My house is better now-
Works perfectly for me as I live in a small apartment with no towel racks for guests. This fills the bill!

Great space saving, convenient and blends well behind the door.
Great for guests and daily use. Conveniently behind the door and out of the way. The spacing allows for drying of the face cloths and towels not to touch. I've used these before in my other home.
