How many times should I use it per week?

We recommend using it 2–3 times per week to enhance the absorption of your basic skincare routine. However, depending on your skin condition, you may use it up to 4 times or more.

Should I wash it off or apply additional skincare after use?

This product is designed to be used as the final step in your skincare routine, so there is no need to rinse it off. We recommend using it for 20–30 minutes to allow the active ingredients to fully absorb into your skin. Individual results may vary.

My skin feels cool, and there’s a tingling sensation. Is this normal?

It contains ingredients that help cool the skin by lowering its temp. and soothing irritation. But, depending on your skin, it may cause redness or a burning sensation. If so, stop use and consult a doctor. Do not use on burned or problematic skin.

It’s really hard to apply. How should I do it?

We recommend placing the product in a cool area before use and applying it in the correct order. Since the product is designed to stretch as you apply it, storing it in a warm place may reduce its tension effect.

It seems to cover my eyebrows.

The forehead section is designed to fit a general area. We recommend applying it slightly above your eyebrows and pulling it upward as you stick it on for better placement.
