I liked the machine; it was a pain to assemble after using it. It took awhile, then it became easier. VERY easy to clean. My only reason for returning it was, I was getting more of a thick nectar. This was when I was NOT even using the nectar strainer attachment. I did not bother to call customer service, because from reading the reviews, including Better business bureau, the customer service is horrific. I got info from Chat GPT. I specifically did everything correct, but the juice still came out with a thick nectar consistency. Other than that issue, it’s a VERY NICE machine.

Bought it as a gift for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loves it! Worth the extra money. Its quiet, easy to use, and makes a lot of juice. The pulp is typically dry, and it does a good job at extracting juice.

I absolutely love this juicer! The Nama J3 Compact is so quiet compared to my old Cuisinart juicer, and it’s super easy to use and clean. I get a lot of juice from my fruits and veggies with little to no pulp, which is exactly what I was looking for. It doesn’t take up much counter space either, which is a big plus. If you want a high-quality juicer that’s efficient and easy to live with, this one is definitely worth it!

My wife absolutely loves it. Makes amazing tasting juice and by looking at the pulp that comes out you are getting every last drop of juice out of whatever fruit or vegetables you are using. Assembly and disassemble is easy and the disassembled parts clean up with ease. She's had no issues what so ever and she's used it a lot. I'd buy it again with no hesitation.
