Very Effective
I had always suffered with bad colds. Since taking this supplement the colds I used to get no longer happen. They are a little difficult to swallow and could have a nicer taste, so maybe a different coating to make swallowing easier and a flavour to make them taste better would be a good idea.

I’m not sure these are potent enough...
Iv gone back onto solgar.. I feel as though they benefited me more. Plus these tablets are pretty bulky for zinc... are they real??
