Good for low carbers
Unmodified potato starch. Can be used as resistant starch. Use it like isabgol. The bacteria in gut use this and acts as a probiotic. Take one spoon with warm water, Fasting blood sugar will be 10 points less. Can also be used for bakery and other purposes!
