Fabulous Coffee Maker
This coffee pot is the best one I've had in a long time. You can brew any size pot you want or just one cup up to 14 oz. Put in water, put in grounds and turn it on...super simple. It doesn't do pods, but that's ok by me because they are too expensive for me anyway. The pot is programmable to have coffee ready when you wake up. It has a sensor so that if you need a cup before the pot is done brewing you can remove the pot to poor a cup and it stops and doesn't drip on the warming plate. I have not had to clean up coffee that ended up somewhere other than the pot or the cup and best part, no grounds in the pot or the cup. I am a happy customer. It was 69.99 which I think is a great value for the price compared to other coffee makers. I highly recommend.

Great dual size coffee maker
Excellent coffee maker. I like the single cup coffee maker. My girlfriend likes iced coffee. We’ve had it for 6 months with no issues. It’s quick and stays hot for up to 4 hours. We always shut it off before that. Other coffee makers have slowed brew times. We do have lime issues but this one hasnt slowed yet.

Saves money and waste
I bought this for my mom, who has never had a single cup coffee maker. She absolutely loves the ability to make a pot every morning and having a quick cup to go when she goes out in the afternoon. The one cup and the carafe use a metal filter so she can use the same coffee for both. That saves her from spending money on pods and removes the waste that comes with it. It is no bigger than her last pot, and brews a great cup of coffee. She was excited to report that she was able to set it up on her own and got it brewing without any problems.

Perfect combo!
I got this one to replace my single serve Keurig. I wanted all three options that this one provides. The timer is so nice so that I have coffee when I wake up in the coffee pot. It stays warm for a couple of hours and then turns off. This makes me feel good about not burning the house down with my forgetfulness. You can brew 12 cups! The single serve side causes some splashing and I’m not sure why but I just wipe off the maker anyway. It’s made well. It comes with a reusable mesh pod like thing to make single serves. I ordered a mesh basket that fits in this for the pot side also. I like them better than paper filters or plastic. The coffee isn’t brewed aa fast as a Keurig. On either side but that’s ok because it’s delicious and it works. The only thing I dislike is that the pot isn’t the easiest to wash. It’s very easy to use and set the timers and click too. I do recommend this coffee pot. Ita nice.

No more k-cups!
After having my Keurig break down after only 22 months I decided to go back to grounds. I am loving my new Hamilton coffee maker. It was super easy to set up and it’s compact. I don’t have a lot of counter space so it’s nice that it does not take up very much space. The coffee brews hot and you can adjust the cup height for single brew. I especially love the price I paid and I got the 3 year extended warranty. It was still a lot cheaper than a new Keurig. The coffee tastes great 👍🏼 My only negative comment is that I have to fill the water tanks each time. They recommended not leaving water in the tanks. But I’ll get used to it. I also got myself a coffee grinder to get back to whole beans. My coffee is tasting better already and it’s healthier for you than k-cups!

Hamilton Beach bad rap turnaround
We have had this coffee maker for three or four months now. We replaced a single switch coffee maker with this and it definitely didn't disappoint. Hamilton Beach had a pretty bad rap for being cheap break after a couple uses. But after taking a risk on this because it had features that I wanted I'm going to be rethinking that bad rap. Pros: ++ Has a single serve function that allows me to limit how much coffee I use, which is a plus since coffee isn't going down in price. + Brews a full pot in about 5-8 minutes on regular brew setting. + Brews a single cup in about 3 minutes on regular brew settings + You can remove the bottom of the single serve brew side to accommodate for larger cups. + Simple buttons to use. + Iced coffee function is a cool feature. I don't personally use it, the wife has and she says it tastes good. Cons: - The hot plate stays on for a while and keeps your coffee borderline scalding hot. I just turn it off after it brews. Simple solution to a simple problem. - if you're brewing into a thermally insulated cup off the single serve side and don't like your coffee scalding hot, you'll need to toss two - three ice cubes in your cup. Otherwise your thermal cup will keep your coffee scalding for hours. Overall, definitely a great product. Seems to be built in a similar manner to our black and decker coffee maker, which lasted us for YEARS. So I've got high hopes. I'd definitely recommend.

Large pot burns and leaks. Single cup function is great.
I don't love this coffee maker. The burner is way too hot so if coffee is brewed and in the pot on the burner for longer than 15-20 minutes, it's so hot it will burn me. I have to leave for work and take the lid off my coffee in the car before I can even drink it. Not ideal obviously. And when there's a cup or two left on the burner, it burns in the pot and smells and tastes like nasty gas station coffee, so it's undrinkable and wasted. Also, when you pour water in using the caraffe, it doesn't just drip, it gushes out no matter how slow/fast or what the pouring angle is. I have to pour it into the machine with a towel on the counter. The single cup brewing is the part I like. I haven't tried iced coffee yet, but the instructions basically have you brewing normal coffee into a cup or the caraffe with ice in it. I guess the burner turns off for that part. It would be a really great machine without the overheating and dripping issues and now I've spend $100 buck on it and can't justify getting a new one so here we are.

Nice set.
I like the different settings it has. But I can make a single cup of hot tea, faster in the microwave. But it's louder than I like when its about done! It wakes me up from the noise. Is it to be like that?
