one a night helps me turn in for bed and sleep better
I like that it's more than just melatonin. My body clock likes to stay up late and getting up is hard. It's only been a few days, but this helps me get that "you better go to bed feeling" at the appropriate time and I seem to be sleeping better too. I always have more vivid dreams when I take melatonin, an that is also the case with this product.

Love this product! I have tried so many different sleep aid products with melatonin in them. However, I also wanted one with other vitamins as well.. this one is perfect! It makes me sleepy and I feel no drag in the am!! Highly recommend!!!

Terrible
This is a terrible supplement. I would go as far as to say that this product does absolutely nothing. I started out taking 2 tablets 1 hour before bed, as instructed and noticed nothing. I sat in bed for hours and was unable to fall asleep. I then tried taking 3 capsules and again, nothing. When waking up in the morning I feel like absolute crap, no this does not give you energy. Terrible supplement!
