Q: The candy i received is stale. you say it is not eligible for return. i want my money back. this candy is no good. what can i do?

Call Amazon. I called when I received Stale candy. They gave me a refund and told me to keep the candy or destroy it ... my choice. When they say non returnable that does not mean you can't get a refund of your money. It just means they can’t accept the product back in their inventory.

Q: Why are these sold as Red Bird when they are counterfeit?

Each piece has the red bird on the label. The container has red bird on it as well. Don’t know where you are going with “ counterfeit “
