This was recommended to my by my physical therapist for at-home work on some back and ligament issues I have. She uses the same one in her practice and they have held up really well. I use it every evening for stretching my legs and back before bed and it is very helpful in releasing pain in areas where I cannot seem to do on my own without using this strap. It is super strong and well made and is a staple in my home gym from here on out. I just wish I had it sooner.

I was disappointed with the colour. It turned out to be darker than the illustration. I thought it was pink, but it turned out to be dark purple.

I just got this a couple days ago and it has already been a life saver. I purchased this stretching strap because my physical therapist wants me doing my stretches 3 times a day. Before I got this in I was trying to use my belt which didn't work as well as this stretching strap. There are plenty of holds for you to grab ahold of no matter how tall you are or what stretches you're doing. It seems to be made of fairly good quality material and should last for years. I like how they come in different colors, I got green because it's my favorite color. Whether or not your using it because of doctors orders or you're being proactive and stretching because you want to keep limber and mobility if your joints I would definitely recommend this strap. For the money it can't be beat.

Perfect strap for my knee replacement therapy. For a tall guy, plenty of length for stretching of the leg muscles and movement of the knee. Sturdy strap with several placements for hands.
