Air Lift 25980EZ 25980EZ-2nd w Mobile App WirelessOne 2nd Generation EZ Mount

So I bought this unit because its a bolt on kit and its a wireless control. I didn’t want to run a ton of wire in the cab, find a location to put in a switch and gauge, dill my dash, ect. These guys really had this figured out to make it a simple and as easy as possible. the unit works as advertised. It came with all the hardware to pretty much install it anywhere. I would say the hardest part was picking a location for it that isn’t going to stick out to far down past the frame. Couple of things I don’t like about this kit is the pre made harness doesn't come loomed, the ground wire for the compressor has to be bolted to the frame (I much rather have the ground wire be the same size as the power wire for the compressor so its a direct route back to the battery), and the compressor is kinda noisy. But all in all its seems to work fine I have a loaded truck and the unit filled the bags up fairly quickly. So I had to buy some loom but I'm happy with the purchase. let’s see what it does for longevity.

I purchased this to inflate and deflate my LoadLifter 7500 XL air bags. The EZ mount did make the installation much easier than it would have been if I had to drill holes into my truck frame. Running the airlines and power cable take longer than mounting the compressor. All in all, it was a very straight forward and easy installation. The supplied air filter on the air intake side has a snap fitting for a specific size hole that you drill in your frame. My frame thickness was such that I could not get the filter to snap in, and it kept falling out. I just relocated it to a hole on the compressor's EZ mount bracket and that worked perfectly. Pairing the remote control was also easy and straight forward as well as the android app they provide. Although the app shows the current pressure while inflating or deflating, it does not show the current pressure after that, but rather your set pressure. I would be nice to know both so that you can see if your actual pressure and your set pressure match. Other than that, I am very happy with the purchase. I enjoy the convenience of being able to adjust the pressure in my air bags based on road conditions from within my cab as I travel if needed.

Watch the online videos, take your time, and you might be as pleasantly surprised as me. I was a professional mechanic early in life. I took my time and was able to lie on the garage floor and install everything in a couple of hours. I'm glad I also installed the ez-mount compressor. I loaded the truck camper and couldn't believe how much better it handled the bumps in the road. Going over the same holes in the road over the past couple of years, I could feel the front tires when they hit but almost nothing from the back wheels. Had to adjust on the fly and the wireless control was awesome.

Many times loading a truck or SUV the rear will sag and not only does this affect the ride but also changes the headlight aim. Leveling your tow vehicle will not only made the ride better but also allow your headlights to work correctly. This system does not increase your tow or haul amount. It simply allows it to be level. Installation is very easy as the company gives plenty of wire. It takes some time to find the right spot sometimes. Be sure to allow room for the breather. This one came with a remote and the ability to use Bluetooth and your phone. Simply download the APP. I have three settings pre programmed on my phone for quick reference. As for winter use, I have had this system installed on a truck that does not get garaged and is used often and have had no issues.

Not cheap, but after trying an overseas copy that did not work properly this is a no brainer. It is installed on the aft right frame of my F-250SD and the remote works with no issues form the drivers seat. The app also works with no issues and was very quick and easy to set up. It comes with good wire, although I just spliced it to the 12 gauge wire I already had run for the other compressor. I do wonder why a cover is not included with this compressor to help keep dirt and water off of it. It would seem that it would be pretty easy for Air Lift to design an inexpensive plastic cover. I may at least make a shield to place in front of it to give it a little protection. Not cheap but it works perfectly. Recommended.

I tow a 31' travel trailer (6038 UVW), and I also pick up a 1 ton pallet of wood pellets in the bed of my truck. Having the AirLift 88299 LoadLifter 5000 series airbags installed on my truck makes leveling my truck simple. And if you are going to install the airbags, I also highly recommend installing the AirLift 25980EZ compressor which makes airing up and airing down the airbags as simple as it gets. Installation of the compressor is pretty straight forward, just follow the included instructions or watch the video AirLift has on their website. There really is no need to have it professionally installed, if you can change your own oil and are familiar with some hand tools then you can install this compressor. (Please keep in mind that airbags do not allow you to carry more weight in your truck bed or tow more than what your vehicle manufacturer recommends, they are just a tool to help you level your truck when you have heavier loads on). The only complaint I have is that AirLift states that this EZ mount air compressor can be mounted on the frame rails of my 2020 Toyota Tundra, but there is no way that it fits on the frame rail as there is not enough room between the body and the frame rail to mount it; there is only approximately 3.6 inches in-between the body and frame. After contacting AirLift customer service I ended up mounting it to the front wall of my truck bed and routing the wiring cables and air hose through the bed drain plugs on the front bed wall. At least now the compressor is somewhat protected from the elements under my tonneau cover. The best part of the compressor and airbags is no more sagging bed when towing or hauling.

Compressor works great on my ram 1500. Easy to set up and mostly everything provided. For a quick and easy install. Just wish it came with loom for the wire harness. Bare wires around a metal frame is not the best. Had to add it myself. The wireless is great. And I located the air intake filter inside my cab center console. Only thing I had to run inside. Great compressor over the standard interior mounted compressor.

Bought the Air Lift WirelessOne 25980EZ with EZ mount and the Load Lifter 88288 Rear air spring kit a week ago. Installed both on my 2022 GMC Denali crew cab this weekend. Install was ok. After powering up the system and pairing the included remote and phone app, the compressor will not start! Thought it was a software issue, so tried downlading and installing a firmaware update, using the phone app. Well, the compressor won't take the update! I keep getting a error code stating "An error occured updating firmware: Failed to enter mcp bootloader". So checked my grounds and the 12vdc inlet power in the harness, all good. Removed harness plug and checked pins, all good. Checked all crimps and wiring connections, all good. Just no response from the compressor unit, won't even turn on. This is a brand new unit! and it not working right out of the box! I cannot recommend this product. If I could, I would give it a Zero star review. I now have to pull the compressor unit and EZ mount out of my truck and see about a refund! Ok, big update! I contacted Air Lift and talked to their tech support. After that, determined my Manifold is the issue, as I got the compressor to trigger on by jumpering across the harness wires. Air Lift emailed me a day later, after filling out a warranty claim. They have already sent a new Manifold to me, and I should get it in a couple of days. So I have updated my rating of the Air Lift WirelessOne with EZ mount, to reflect their outstanding customer support! Thanks Air Lift!
