Smile Direct Club Invisible Aligners Impression Kit

The directions were really clear and they gave me everything I needed in the box, so it was much easier than expected to do the impressions. I've wanted to straighten my teeth forever - can't wait to get my aligners and finally be happy with my smile!

There was no size selection noted in the ad. Until I received the kit I did not realize that the size of the impression appliance would be a problem. The impression appliances included in the kit I received were too large--I could not get them in my mouth.The Smile Direct Club promptly sent a new kit.

It is, of course, just the start, but so far, so good. It is easy to use with clear instructions.

Ok kit was great though when I ordered it here they did not have a sizing option, so my mouthpiece was HUGE. Somehow t worked though. I’ve had my aligners now for about 6 months. I was supposed to be done in July (it’s now August) and my finish date has been pushed back twice already (looking at November now)... for some minor gap closing. First, had a cracked aligner, so they had to send me a new set. It took them over 8 weeks to send my new ones. After I finally got those and then got back on track, it turned out my box was missing a whole month of aligners. Waited another four weeks, customer service wasted much of my time jerking me around and doing the typical call center dance. With how much I am spending I wish I had just gone to a local orthodontist. Good luck y’all!
