Honestly a great purchase. It’s small, compact, and really easy to use. What I find super convenient as well is how easy it is to clean. It struggles a little bit to cut thicker meats and cold cuts, but it still gets the job done. It’s great for cutting bread and cheese as well. Great product and I recommend it for anyone who likes to cut their own stuff. For the price you can’t beat it.

It's not bad for the price. when you slice your meat it gets clumped up at the bottom of the slicer. i will use it for the time being. I don't recommend it. Sorry just being honest

Such a hassle to have to take this to UPS and purchase a box for $16.76. The item was returned, unused because it did not perform for the intended usage of making Dog treats with sweet potatoes. The blade is not sturdy to slice a potato.

This meat slicer is a great introduction into having a slicer. I didn’t really want to spend a lot until I was sure we could use one. My first use was actually slicing some homemade sourdough bread with a too hard exterior. Definitely worked better than the electric knife while being able to get thinner, more consistent cuts. Used it to make shaved pork loin roasts for sandwiches. There’s a learning curve to figuring out how to hold what you’re slicing in order to get even cuts. Never did get it right on the shaved meat, but thicker meat slices are easier to keep consistent.It was very easy and relatively self explanatory to set up. The blade sharp and is easy to pull out to clean. The platform is meant to stay level with the blade when not in use significantly reducing the risk of accidentally cutting yourself. I’ve been very pleased so far.
