We saw this product advertised on ITV This Morning, we needed something to vacuum our bed mattress, not that good with a memory foam mattress, because for the in bulb to come on, it needs the two little wheels to roll, being a soft surface, would not operate all of the time. Used it on a hard surface mattress it was fine..

This has a 2 pin plug on so I sent it back

Item arrived with a two prong plug so have requested a refund. Not impressed at all really.

Poor suction,compared to the Montiss, UV light only came on when cleaner pressed hard. Suggest Hoover

Have had to get two replacements as first had hole in HEPA filter. Also uv lamp ceased to work. Have now had three of these vacuums. Cannot get through to manufactures web site-all the data is in German. Would not recommend this item.

Questo aspirapolvere per acari è stato usato per un materasso e ha funzionato alla grande , il filtro si lava comodamente . La luce UV funziona bene , c'è bisogno di premere per tenerla accesa , su parti molle non è molto stabile però funziona , dopo l'uso ho usato un disinfettante Spray , il risultato è stato ottimo .Il pulsante per il battitore è utile . La velocità di scorrimento non deve essere troppo veloce altrimenti l'area da pulire viene aspirata parzialmente e la luce UV ha una esposizione troppo limitata nel tempo. Consigliatissimo per uso domestico più che buono.

War am Anfang sehr skeptisch. Das Gerät kam mir wie ein Spielzeugstaubsauger für Kinder vor. Viel Plastik, klappernde Teile. Aber als ich das erste Mal meine Matratze (140*200) damit abgesaugt habe, musste ich mich korrigieren. Das Gerät saugt wirklich sehr viel Feinstaub aus der Matratze. Man sieht es ja auch sehr schön im Staubsammler. Aber einen Punkt Abzug muss ich machen, denn der Feinstaubfilter ist ruckzuck voll bzw. zu und das Gerät wird laut. Ich musste für meine Matratze den Filter 5* leeren. Dabei hilft am Besten ein kleiner Pinsel mit festeren Borsten. Und ich empfinde als Hausstauballergieger das Säubern als Zumutung, da dieser Feinstaub dann direkt mit der Haut in Berührung kommt. Da helfen dann nur Maske und Handschuhe. Hier könnte man eine bessere Methode entwickeln. Ob dieses UV- Licht etwas bringt, ich möchte gern daran glauben.

Arrivato nei tempi giusti, ed utilizzato subito. Buona aspirazione, ha raccolto molta polvere e acari, tant'è che ho lavato il filtro più di una volta. Maneggevole, leggero, un buon prodotto. L'unica nota negativa, il manuale non è in italiano e non c'è neanche la sessione italiana. Ho risolto andando sul sito del produttore scaricando il manuale in PDF. Però se vendi un prodotto in un paese diverso da dove lo produci è corretto inserire le informazioni nella giusta lingua. Metto una stella in meno per questo motivo.
