Love it!
A really solid little phone. You will never know how much time you waste every day on the stupid smart phone until you ditch it and get back to basics. This phone allows you to make calls and send texts (if you're not in a hurry !) The clarity is great and the old school FM radio is a pleasant surprise. Ditch the SOS option or you'll be sending emergency text messages out every time you accidentally hit the exterior button.

Has everything except....
Love it! It is the perfect dumb phone for those of us who despise smart phones. Only downside is it does NOT have predictive text (T9). Ended up keeping it and giving it to my mom.

If you want an easy to use phone, this isn't it.
I wanted a simple easy to use phone. Well this isn't it. I had no trouble installing the battery but for the sim card I had to go online for a video that demonstrates how you have to slide the tab one direction and then lift it to get access for the card. Ok job done. I was able to take calls and make calls but for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to add contacts. And then I couldn't figure out how to send a text. The quick start guide is pretty useless and there were no videos to help. I went to the manufacturers websight and still no help. I called the customer service number and noone answered the phone and there was no option to leave a message. I sent them an email that was not answered. So this phone is going back.

Basic, but not for me
I read it had Android and maybe on the back end it does, but I couldn't find a way to add any apps. It seems sturdy, but it also is pretty bulky and I wouldn't recommend it for those reasons. If you want something very VERY basic and no options to add apps, then it MAY be okay. Not for me though.

It flippin' works
Grandma's old flip phone had a battery that only lasted a day and a replacement cost about as much as a new phone, so got this. As she is in her 90s and not good with tech, teaching her to use a smartphone was a no go. I attached a breakaway lanyard easily. The screen is clear and bright, resolution is typical for this type of phone. There a double cover to the battery and sim card slot, so seems robust enough if dropped to not have the back cover and battery pop out. The Type C charge port has a rubber cover that is a little annoying, but the battery is good enough to only need charging once a week and keeps dust out. It has a flashlight and an SOS button we haven't tried yet. We use the phone with Tello service which is a T-Mobile MVNO and works fine. She hardly ever makes any calls, more using the phone as a clock LOL, but have not had any issues. We do wish it had 5g as the coverage in the area is better than 4g LTE, but is better than her old flip. The buttons are large and menu system is standard for flip phones (top left and right buttons for menu / contacts). She doesn't use the internet, so not sure how good the browser experience is on it. For typing there is T9 and several other styles to choose from. Adjusting all the settings for ringtone volume, time etc are straight forward and easy. Call quality seems fine as well and reception is better than her old 4g phone (we used the same sim card).

Rugged, Great Battery Life, Easy To Use
I like how rugged this flip phone is and it survived an accidental dunk in the pool (as will happen sometimes with kids). The battery life is excellent and I only need to charge it about once a week. I use it to send back and forth with my son between his mother's house and mine. Not needing to charge it regularly, it being ruggedized, and the monthly service fee being so low are all great features for a grade school aged kid who you might not want being on the internet. The big tactile buttons make it easy for my son to call and text without fuss. My only real gripe is it does not have predictive text so typing is slower, though (again) that is fine for my son.
