Plantronics Battery
Purchased this replacement battery in April of this year as I needed a spare. Just started using the battery and am having a problem with it staying charged. Since it is a new battery I feel this should not happen. How do I go about getting a re;placement at no charge???Please contact me asap as this is used for work purposes and is needed for everyday useThank you for your prompt reply.Susanne

Not bad, not as good as the original
Fits my headset, works fine however it only lasts for about three hours not six hours like the OG

Fits headset well, but missing magnetic contacts
Some third party batteries don't fit well, but I didn't have that problem here. This battery snapped into my headset almost as well as the OEM battery, but when I put it in the charging cradle is when I noticed the problem. The charging cradle has two small magnets right beside each of the charging contacts. The OEM battery has two magnets help make a solid connection between the battery and the charging contacts. I noticed right away that with this third party battery my headset did not 'snap' into the cradle like it did before. As you can see in the pictures, the OEM battery is magnetic and can pick up a metal pin, while the third party battery can not. With the OEM battery the headset stays firmly attached to the cradle even when turned upside down, while with the third party battery it is finicky when upright and falls right out upside down. The battery I received said "Headset Advisor - headsetadvisor.com", not "Merritt Communications" as pictured in the listing. I will be returning this battery.

Quality replacement battery
My original battery was only lasting about 2 hours and after replacing with this, it has lasted at least 4 hours. I haven’t been on longer calls, so I am not sure how long it will last.

I'm often on conference calls back-to-back-to-back and my old battery got to the point where it would only last 1-1/2 hours. This replacement battery installed easily and I haven't heard the low battery tone since installing.
