BURG-WÄCHTER Lock, Shackle Strength 8 mm, Cut Resistant, 2 Keys, Circle 21 60 SB

I was expecting this padlock to be faultless and well made, however the first thing I notice was how loose the bolt is when locked it moves from side to side 4mm, it looks as if the wrong size of bolt has been fitted, but it is the correct size. It is still a loose fit in the open closed direction, so it is loose in every direction. Then i noticed the open holes for the bolt have been very poorly finished with sharp edges, the metal body is very thin on the weld and it looks like a V shape where the two parts have been welded at the tip, as the weld does not include the full thickness of the metal body. Really this is a cheap lock found elsewhere marketed by a German company.
