Exactly what I needed.
Allows me to sync my computer to my fitbit. I have an older phone, and am running an older form of Windows, so I couldn't use my fitbit without this. I get annoyed that I sometimes have to unplug and re-plug it into the computer for it to work but it's better than not using my fitbit! Glad it allows me to use the tracker but it should come standard with the fitbit.

Poor marketing
This should have been included with the Fitbit, not as an aftermarket purchase. Fitbit does not work on WiFi without this piece

Only works periodically after 2 months of use - not reliable
I purchased this 2 1/2 months ago to replace my old, reliable dongle (for my Charge 2) which finally broke. This one worked perfectly for 2 months, then became completely unreliable. I'd remove it from my laptop, shut down, restart, and plug it back in for it to work. Next time I closed the laptop and reopened - nothing. It will not synch. I'm not going to log off and on every single time I want to synch. Extremely disappointed. This is not worth the money.

Did Not Work
My Fitbit Charge 2 did not come with a dongle like a previous one I had did and I was having trouble getting it to sync. The solution I found was to buy the dongle. This dongle did nothing. It never helped me sync my fitbit. It would not even load onto my computer becasue "the device could not be found" I wish I did not waste my money on it.

Worked as stated. Nice to have small hole in case, looking for something to attach to so it doesn't get misplaced. (1.25"X .625")

Didn't work for me. I tried three times to get it to load. I guess with having a Fitbit Versa it is not meant to be.
