I read a blogger recommending these for post partum instead of the mesh underwear with the thick pads and I'm so glad I got these. The mesh underwear from the hospital I found so uncomfortable and the pads would not stay in place, it was so annoying. These were so easy, it's all a built-in super long pad so no worrying about the pad being in the right place and super absorbent without being really thick. They're high rise and felt so comfortable, they didn't pinch anywhere and never felt like I was wearing an actual diaper. No leakage, no bad smells or weird fragrances added. Overall highly recommend these for post partum recovery

I have bought these several times over the years. I used them when I had back injuries that caused loss of bladder and while I was pregnant for the same reason. They work really well and are very comfortable!
