Arrived from Amazon the day after ordering, you cannot fail to be impressed with Amazon delivery (and returns if you need to use it) Setup took around 15 minutes, they have simplified the app set-up which went smoothly (once I had turned on Bluetooth on my phone) you can then control the different functions of the K7 nozzle power. The new hose system on this model is a breeze to use no more getting tangled up and having to keep spinning the lance around to untangle. If you are cleaning slabs hold on tight the top most powerful setting nearly takes off its that powerful, it moves old grime and green mildew like nothing i have used before, its also very quite compared to my old K4. I have cleaned the cars, patio's, walls, guttering, the bins, even cleaned out the water butt. I can recommend the Karcher cleaning fluids that push into the top of the machine, a little expensive initially but you can re-use the empty bottle, I purchased a Karcher 5lt bottle from Amazon and topped up my empty 1lt bottle . I have even volunteered to power wash for my neighbours in return for tea/coffee and cake. Go get one I cannot recommend highly enough.

I purchased the Karcher K4 Power Washer with the Home Kit package. The base model comes with a Dirt Blaster lance and a Spray Lance. The additional Home Kit adds a T5 surface cleaner and a bottle of facade cleaning liquid. A relatively simple assembly is needed before the pressure washer can be used - for which you will need a cross head (Philips) screwdriver. Assembly took about 20 minutes for me. There were no printed assembly instruction in my box, however there was a reference to a Karcher mobile app to download, which included step-by-step instructions. The T5 surface cleaner attachment can be used to clean a patio / stonework surface without creating as much mess as using a standard lance, as the water spray is covered by the attachment. I initially used the T5 surface cleaner attachment along with the cleaning solution. I could definitely see a marked improvement in the surface, and it did work well reduce the mess. However, you need to move the attachment relatively slowly so that the water nozzles covers all of the surface. I am not sure how much difference, if any, using the facade cleaning liquid made for the pressure wash. Depending on how clean the surface is to begin with, this may be sufficient. However, for my clean, once I had performed a single pass with the T5 surface cleaner, I needed to make a second pass with the high powered lance to remove any remaining dirt, moss etc. Overall I am very happy with the results of the power wash and I would recommend this item. Just some other things to consider, that in addition to the power washer, I also needed to buy an extension power cable (rated for outdoor and splash proof), as the supplied cable and lance lengths were too short to cover the length of my garden. I also needed to purchase some Kiln dried sand to re-sand the paving the next day once it was all dry.

I had an (older) equivalent K3 unit before but I gave it to my Daughter and Son In Law a few months again before I purchased this. They seemed to have improved the latest line, the hose seems more flexible and less likely to kink. The patio cleaning "mop" or tools is a vast improvement on the old one as well. I will reserve judgement on the powerclean lance as it appears the same as the one I had on my old unit. That failed and would only work if you hit it on the ground a few times before it would spin. Despite stripping it down and cleaning allthe small parts as shown on any YouTube vid it still never worked and packed up eventually. All in all seems a decent purchase though as I had it on offer, certainly seems to have more power than the old one so you may have to be careful when cleaning the dirt off your car before a wash. I'll reserve judgement for the moment but it certainly does what it says on the tin so far.

found washer had same power as my last karcher I had the k2
