Very Good product as it has all the vitamins you need and it helps with my arthritis. However, you have to take up to 6 large pills a day (as recommened on label) to get the full required dosage of each vitamin that the body needs. Hence you go thru more bottles per month = more money.

My dad bought me these after being seriously ill and lacked strength. They're me feel great ultimate vitamins. Very good for someone who has vitamin and mineral absorption problems. You get a good amount you need:-)

I’m sure the content is good, but it was too much of a chore to take that many pills.
