Serving size 135mg, which is 70 mg K. 2% of RDA. 135 mg KCl is 1/32 of a teaspoon. Can also just sprinkle on food like salt. Since this is a powder, not a tablet, you can actually take more. The 2% number is the tablet limit so it doesn't burn a hole in your stomach while dissolving. The powder mixed in water doesn't present the same problem. The potassium chloride we currently have on our shelf is 99.1% pure. Please note that 1g dissolves in 2.8mL of water at 25°C and about 2mL boiling water.
