I am definitely happy with my purchase! Pros: Built-in hearing test Multiple ways to adjust or balance the sound Works well with Bluetooth audio when listening to MP3 or similar files Hearing aid portion is quite decent, at least for my mild to moderate hearing loss. Adjustments can be made either manually with finger touches, or with an app that can be downloaded. Once you have everything adjusted to your satisfaction, the system will remember the settings, so you don't have to readjust every time you use the hearing aid. Email technical assistance is very good and responds well if you can explain your problem sufficiently. Responses may take a day or two, since the tech people are in China. Cons: The instruction manual is quite detailed - perhaps overly detailed and complex for some users. It may take several trials and some time to get the hearing aid domes selected to be most comfortable and most responsive.

Unit features I like: Ear pods fit into the closable charging case for travel. Android app (did not test Apple app) is quite good and easy to pair by bluetooth and adjust settings. Hearing improvement is very good and various noise cancelling functions seem to work well. You can adjust the volume boost differently for each ear. Ear pods look similar to Apple units. Charger case is pretty small and easy to connect via C plug to an A plug type typical USB outlet (you need a 120 volt to 5 volt charger unit if no USB A plug is available). Charger base will re-charge each ear pod a couple of times without having to be connected to USB. Each pod charge seems to last all day when not continuously attached to my phone bluetooth. Staying connected significantly reduces charge level. I only use phone app to adjust setting when I first put them on in the morning; then I turn off phone bluetooth to keep pods from re-connecting if pods are close to phone. Features I have issues with: Regardless of the size of the ear insert rubber pad, this unit is not as comfortable as my over the ear hearing aid; the weight of the ear pod hanging on the ear canal is quite obvious after a few hours. The ear pods tend to loosen in my ears over the day and thus fall out once or twice a day unless I constantly re-adjust the ear pod to sit a bit deeper into my ear canal. I do not have Apple ear pods but wonder how well they stay in one's ear all day long.

Not good for me the sound is very unnatural I tried all settings nothing special and a lot of background noise

Day 3. WOW!!! If you can follow on screen directions you'll be amazed. I'm not tech savvy, still learning. Amazon music app on Bluetooth---impressed. Will update later...

These are great hearing aids. They will sync with both my work and personal cell phones. I have true wireless 2 way connections unlike the expensive ones you get from a hearing center. I highly recommend this if you have moderate hearing loss
