These are pretty dense and sticky, with a fairly unpleasant taste in my opinion. (I can see how an unpleasant taste is a good thing? So kids don’t think they’re treats… But if they don’t want to eat them at all, it defeats the purpose.) Note that they have zinc so they might be hard on the stomach if your child hasn’t eaten — when I (a full grown adult) took two on an empty stomach, I did get a little bit of that zinc-induced nauseous feeling.
