The book is great for the parent needing an overview of where their child is going in their martial arts training.

Very happy with the book and use it often. Breaks things down for easy understanding and implementing. Covers a lot of details for full explanations.

This is a good book. It goes from beginning up. I would recommend it for those who want to get started.

Great book for training

If you want a written explanation of all the forms from white to black belt in Tae Kwon Do, than this is your book. No pics or applications of techniques.

I don't see how this one got so many good reviews, this product was highly disappointing. No photos, description of the patterns only with minimal or non-existent explanations for the belt test requirements, no list of self-defense, strikes, blocks, etc. required by grade level. Don't waste your money.

Got this for the hubby and he really liked it, even though he is not a reader.

Great book, young man well pleased with the present.

The British TKD website would have been a better first option as they have all the information and a good visual print out for the patterns which is great. A good book but not that necessary if you search online.

Got back into Taekwondo just over a year after a 20 year lapse....yes 20 years!!!Found this book very informative on all grounds , mainly the history of each pattern & the amount of moves which you need in grading.Why I didn't give it a 5* was mainly this book it targeted at mature students & lacks pictures for children, but am sure many mums & dads who are training with there kids would find this book easy to understand.This book is just the building blocks of Taekwondo or any other martial arts.Good read & worth the money.

Dense, focused explanation on each grading. Useful resource! My daughter loves it!!
