Unfortunately this didnt work well for us. The tennis ball didnt seem to stay in place long enough for treats to be dispensed. Even when I activated it by hand (whilst trying to show my dog what to do) it was inconsistent on giving a treat each time. If it was only an occasional issue could have been ok, but only dispensed a treat around every 4-5 ball drops. Not enough to help my dog learn/be incentivised enough. I purposefully bought small round treats to go inside.I wonder if it just depends on each one - perhaps the build differs a little item to item so some do work well (the concept does seem to be there, the way its built should work in theory)The biggest positive was the seller, who arranged a return/refund with no issues

I know it isn't battery operated, but I would've expected it to throw the ball more than a foot.

My dog really likes this. But to many times happens the ball coming out but no treat so he got upset and destroyed 1 of the balls.

My dog gets very excited when I being out this toy, but unfortunately the whole purpose was for independent play but the ball isn't enough to trigger release the treats so I have to put my hand down it to get it to release the treats. Pointless really :-(
