Es bueno, lo atoro de la caminadora y lo utilizo para ejercitar la piernas, me parece que debería de tener al menos un tutorial para ver qué ejercicios puedes hacer….

I think it’s easy to use. Does not feel like it would snap. They are sturdy behind a door and I get a good workout at home. It’s good to practice these exercises at home because at the gym someone always tries to show you how you are not doing it correctly. This is helpful but embarrassing. For now, I play a reel or tik tok video showing the technique in the comfort of my own home and soon I’ll do them at the gym when I become stronger/ need more resistance . It’s a good workout to do at home even if you do it at the gym as well.

I am sitting all day at work , hips and legs exercise is important for my blood circulation and fun to do. I really enjoy working out on my back yard and the gym.

Las recomiendo para empezar a hacer ejercicio, tienen buena resistencia pero si están muy largas como para sostenerte de algo
