must-have for breastfeeding moms!
These breast therapy packs helped me so much during my breastfeeding journey. I had a strong milk supply, and using these made a huge difference in comfort and relief. They are easy to use, comfortable, and really helped when I felt engorged or needed extra support while nursing. The option to use them warm or cold is amazing and very practical. I truly recommend this to any mom planning to breastfeed — it brought me so much relief and made the process more comfortable. Definitely something I wish I had from the very beginning!

Life saving!
Definitely buy two- one to keep in the freezer and one for heating/ back up freezer pair. I wouldn't have survived breastfeeding without them. They help so much with swelling and mastitis. They fit inside my nursing clothes which made them easy to wear. They stay cold longer than they do warm, but that's better for swelling anyways. Worth the price and I buy them as baby shower gifts because they are amazing.

Great for new moms
Can’t recommend enough to new moms. I kept two sets while breastfeeding - one in the freezer and one to heat up. Came in handy when clogged ducts hit. Would heat a set prior to breastfeeding and then use the cold set after for relief. I now it’s them as ice packs for my kids when they get hurt. Lasted years without breaking so well worth the money. Very comfortable with the shaping - flexible and easy to shape. Thin enough to wear under clothes and thick enough to hold heat for a while. Cold doesn’t last an extremely long time but it was enough for me.

Must have item if breastfeeding!!!!
A lactation consultant advised me against this product because she thought any ice pack would do. After 5 weeks of painful breastfeeding and trouble with pumping/supply, I was desperate and decided to try these and man am I glad. I so badly wish I had them all along. They freeze and heat very quickly and retain the cold/heat for a while. They have helped with pain management and flow. The covers are soft and the size and shape are perfect. I’m a B/C cup and get full coverage. If you plan to breastfeed, these are a must have item. Great gift idea too for expecting moms!

Provides Relief
Bought these to get a head start on postpartum prep and to help with second trimester tenderness. Pros: - Shape of the pack contours to your curves - The center cutout avoids heat being directly applied to most sensitive area - Can be used on other parts of the body - Heats up quickly (15 seconds) for nearly instant relief Cons: - The fabric cover. I was expecting a smooth or silky material since you’re placing the pack on a sensitive area. The texture of the material is not extremely soft or smooth, and seems like it would pill after a little bit of use. Definitely a synthetic. Somehow reminds me of the material of cheap doll clothes. - If you overheat (microwave more than 15-20 seconds per pack) they get very hot and puff up. I wish the heating time wasn’t so sensitive because truth be told, at some point the microwave will get set to 30 seconds with them in and I have no idea what would happen. - To be fair, these aren’t advertised as an incognito relief solution, but I will mention that if you are wearing these in your bra it looks lumpy and noticeable. I just skip the cover and it gets the job done. I let the packs cool slightly and either apply to the skin or between layers. Not sure if that’s recommended but it works for me. Overall it’s a good value and the covers aren’t a dealbreaker for me. If I saw this on a friend’s registry, I’d buy it again for them. I use a combination of these and the Momcozy Hydrogel pads before bed on days I feel especially tender/sensitive during pregnancy.

Good
Only stays cold 10-15 mins, but that's perfect for me.

WARM YOUR BOOBIES
I didn’t know the journey my boobs were gonna go on postpartum was going to be so intense and IMMEDIATE. These help relax engorged boobies and keep your ducts nice warm to help flow. They warm up easily and fast. The pocket you insert them into is fleece-y and soft. Comfy on the boobies. They fit fine in my bras and my boobs swelled up from an A to a D so I’d say they have good coverage too.

Soothing Relief When You Need It Most!
These breast therapy packs have been a lifesaver during my breastfeeding journey. The ability to switch between warm and cold therapy makes a huge difference in managing discomfort, swelling, and clogged ducts. The packs are soft, flexible, and contour perfectly to provide targeted relief without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. They heat up quickly and stay warm just long enough, and the cold option feels wonderfully soothing when I need to reduce inflammation. I love how easy they are to use and clean, and the quality feels excellent—definitely built to last. Whether you’re nursing or just need gentle breast care, these therapy packs are a must-have for comfort and healing. Highly recommend for any mom looking for natural, effective relief!

My breasts were a little inflamed from being new to breastfeeding and it really helped to be able to put these on after I had chilled them down.

Bastante útiles para las mamas congestionadas por la lactancia. Yo las uso principalmente en frío cuando las siento muy pesadas y me ayuda bastante.
