Thank you for reaching out to L'Oreal regarding the Pure Sugar Scrub. Our Sugar Scrubs have a safety seal (a small plastic sticker) that is ripped the first time the jar is opened.

Q: Is it normal for it to feel warm on your skin upon first contact?

Yes happened the first time I used it just me careful and don’t rub to hard especially the first time because the sugar is stronger then you’d think and will make ur skin raw
