I received the hydrogen generator a few days ago. It was in perfect condition. Rinsed the kettle, rinsed the filter, plugged it in and I was ready to start making H2 water. Simple as that. The instructions are in English and easy to read. The unit is sturdy, sleek and easy to use. Each button on the unit is labeled with instructions and lights up when in use. I noticed no difference in the taste of the water. I am very happy with this unit and would buy it again. You get what you pay for!! In this case, you get more! I will continue to watch how it works and keep my review updated. Beautifully designed, this is an elegant enhancement to our water quality.

It took me a second to figure out the settings but now I have a routine. I run it for about 23 minutes to get my ideal water. First I run it on the extended hydrogen which is 13 minutes then on the magnetic water which swirls. The filter does a good job. When tested with a TDS meter it did not remove all the solids but it never claimed to. Before I had two different systems to do the same thing. I recommend this product.

The pitcherworked well until it cracked all around the bottom fir no reason at all. Was takena good care of just like instructed , but started to keak water . The leak damaged our wooden countertop. Cannot be used .
