With every penny
This is such a great product I can't believe that it also shows you the distance on how far you are away from the object behind you. The installation was not that hard at all for the people that are not tech savvy you could just go to one of these auto places that can install it for you but this is a great product.

Fits perfect. Well made, great value!!
Really well made stuff that looks oem. Works and fits perfectly! I really like the easy to modify options for camera flip and parking lines. Simply cut a wire loop on the camera cord. Delightfully simple!

It’s big
It’s cool, it works, just wasn’t for me. I ended up returning it because the mirror is so big. It blocked my field of vision. This is better suited for a truck not a sports car. I also would invest in a better rearview camera. The one supplied is very cheap.

Camera is reversed
I ordered this for my parent's older 4Runner to make life easier for them and when it was installed the camera on the mirror was flipped so we can see whats behind the car but its backward and throws us off when trying to park.It didn't come with a remote as some people said it did but ours didn't come with the remote and we don't know how to fix the camera.

Instructions are vague and convoluted, no help. I expect higher quality for $120.
I have done audio video installs before. I even had a coworker whose a former car A/V professional look at all my connections and he verified it correct. Must be cheap junk wires that caused all my issues.I plugged the red and black power cables into the camera and spliced them to the red and black wires on my reverse light. Direct solid connection red to red black to black. All receiving power when I put the vehicle into reverse. Then I plugged and ran the yellow video RCA wire with the .05 gauge red wire hanging off up to the rearview mirror display. (The skinny 6" red wires at both ends of the video cable not once mentioned in the poorly written instructions)I connected the video cable to the rearview mirror display, put the car in reverse, and no power. Not even the green light. There's 2 inputs, labeled Camera and Video In; the instructions don't mention which to connect to your backup camera so I kept having to jump out and switch them around trial and error verifying every connection starting the car up and putting in reverse again and again. It wasn't until I hooked up the little ugly circuit box red and black wire directly to my car battery that I saw the green light come on the rearview mirror. Then it was switch the camera/video input around until I finally saw the screen come on in reverse. So now I have the camera run to my tail light AND my car battery and I have to run all these wires from the back of my truck tail light, to the front battery, and then back inside the cab the the rearview mirror.Just want this to be over so I start running and hiding wires, check again that everything is connected and working and am excited to finish up this install and bring my 04 tundra into 2019.When I confirmed operation I began to hide the wires and run then all the way from the tail light to the battery and back inside through the firewall. I zip tied everything and used wire sheathing as I went because I verified operation twice before the final run.I plug into the one if a kind 8 pin connector on the rearview, fire it up and OH boy... no power. Looked at everything nothing had changed or appeared severed all my connections remained on point. I was done.Had to snip everything out and now I can't return.I don't know how these other reviewers like Megan from the dorm room and ol' Linda from New Hampshire are such master install wizards with carefree zero hassle installs and 5 star product reviews but I call bs dude.Get a single point connector camera avoid all this mess with the garbage instructions and cheap wires. There's like 4 strands of copper in the "12v" wiring. I'm sure there's cheaper options with an easier install, or honestly I'd just pay an extra 30 bucks for something better. Again, instructions are garbage and there's zero help online or even YouTube, I did everything to a T and wasted many hours over my weekend and day off. Minus 12hrs and -$120.Rearview mirror looked nice though.

Good quality at a good price
The install wasn't too bad. The instructions are barely adequate. It took hours just to figure out / search the net / look in manual to figure out where to connect wires to.I can understand the frustration some have had. It took me 6 hours to install, not being sure of anything. It can be done, but only for the serious minded, not an EASY install but very doable with patience. The install can be done in 2 hours probably, but figuring out where to connect the wires to is the challenge. Find someone on forums or you tube that has already done this, then its pretty easy. The product works well, but not sure how the auto dimming works yet. The overall quality seems good.Overall I am very satisfied with the product for the price.

UPDATE: Wish it had distance lines
Not that hard to install. Was harder finding out which wires were the reverse lights for my 2012 titan. Quality of the screen and camera are good. Really wish the camera had distance lines so I can tell how close I am. Would give it a 5 star if it had the distance lines.Update: the seller reached out and told me what wire to cut to get the parking lines. Great customer service. Love this thing now
