B-12 shots are easy now.
I have been trying to find something that would help me with my anxiety about giving myself shots one a week.I have been doing B12 shots for years. Had other people do them for me but I don’t want to rely on them all the time. Found this while scrolling. Works great! I was apprehensive about it at first but, wow so much better than double stabbing myself. ( no stick and pull out before giving the shot). A bit of a curve on the instruction sheet but a bit of common sense and I got it.I just did it without any meds and I was fine with it. Make sure you get the right syringe for it. I found a chart.

Works incredibly well
For first time users, practice with a spare needle / syringe before use! Use something like an orange or even a towel folded over a few times, as a replacement for skin. This way you can see how far the needle comes out when pressed, and just get a feel for how the Autoject works. The main thing when using, you want the needle to be sticking out of the end of the device, but not so far out that it’s past the needle part, when you use it.And if you ever change needle / syringe size, just do the test again. If it’s sticking out too far you’ll likely get a bruise, and depending on the needle gauge, you’ll likely bend the needle and possibly lose whatever you were trying to inject. That scenario happened to me once when switching needle / syringe sizes, as I didn’t remeasure the length of the Autoinject to reflect the new syringe’s length. My fault, but ouch!I have a big fear of injections and needles. This has saved me. I’ve used it easily over 100 times since getting it, and it works great every time. Easy to use, dependable, and has made it so I now have no fear of sq injections.

Doesn't work correctly. It slams the syringe way too hard
Was excited about buying this item because of the good reviews. Bought it to take a weekly injection into my leg. Even bought another set of luer lock needles that fit this device perfectly after figuring out the adjustment setting. The problem with this tool is the spring in this device seems to be way too strong. When you press the button to inject the medicine, this tool slams the plunger of the syringe down so hard that when you hear that click, the yellow symbol is shown in the window immediately. So immediately, that syringe was slammed all the way down using great force, instead of taking about 5-10 seconds or so to push it down like how you are supposed to do it. Due to that problem, this tool makes the syringe shoot the medicine all over the place at maximum force. I suppose a minimal amount of medicine gets injected, but most of it will be wasted because it will be all over your leg and all over the inside of the Autoject tool. The instructions provide an email address for the manufacturer, so I emailed the manufacturer to explain what is going on and ask if they can help me resolve the problem. Several days have gone by and they never bothered to reply.Guess I will be returning this for a refund then, since it doesn't work properly and there is no customer support.

Great
I’m a needle baby and this helped a ton! I hate how slow it is with oil products in syringes, but otherwise it’s great!

Injections made easy.
Game changer for those that don’t have steady hands. Easy to follow instructions (watch the video) and Made the injection easier and less painful.

Not very well designed
Returned the unit because it administers dose too quickly causing discomfort, would be great if it was designed in a way where one can control the speed of the plunger

Easy to use
This is a life saver. I can hardly tell when I’ve gotten the shot. Check out the YouTube video for instructions. Practice with an empty syringe first to make sure adjustment is correct. Worth the money.
