About a year ago, I ordered the double turmeric facial essence from this brand and absolutely adored it. It is one of the few facial oils that not only absorbed fast, but left my skin so hydrated for hours. I have very dry skin from desert living and I’m an ashy mess most of the year. I was crazy excited when I saw they made a body oil with the scent profiles I adore. First off, this comes in a gorgeous cylindrical box that reveals a pretty glass bottle. The body one is a pump, and not an eyedropper. I came home from a hike today and body lotion wasn’t going to cut it. I was excited that this arrived yesterday and I couldn’t wait to try it. Oh man. It smells SO good. And very natural. No weird chemical smells, nada. Leaves you touchably smooth with no greasy sheen. Absolutely beautiful oil. I’m 2/2 with Ayurveda. It’s awesome and can’t wait to try their other products.

I really love this body oil - especially the scent. It’s a beautiful, herbal aroma with just a touch of something feminine and a little exotic. The mix of vanilla and frankincense is so relaxing and just feels luxurious every time I use it.As far as how it works on the skin, it’s definitely moisturizing. My skin feels soft and nourished after applying it, and it absorbs pretty well. That said, it does leave a slight sheen. It’s not greasy or sticky, but it’s also not a matte finish, so if you prefer something completely dry to the touch, just keep that in mind.The ingredients are what really make this feel special. It’s packed with botanicals like black gram (great for softening and rejuvenating the skin), Himalayan rock salt to help balance moisture, velvet bean for a smooth texture, and nutgrass, which is known to even out skin tone and calm irritation. It really feels like a spa treatment in a bottle.It is a bit pricey, but honestly, a little goes a long way - I’ve been using it regularly and have barely made a dent in the bottle. So in the long run, I think it’s worth it.Overall, this is a beautiful oil that smells incredible and leaves my skin feeling pampered. I took off one star just because of the slight residue, but otherwise, it’s pretty close to perfect!

This is an interesting product. I had never tried anything like this before but it’s definitely something worth getting for anyone who has aging or dry skin, or who shaves a lot. I used this right after showering while my skin was still wet and rubbed it in the areas where I shave frequently such as my bikini line area and my knees and elbows got special attention as well. I ended up putting it all over but went easy on the parts of me that are oil prone already since I have combination skin. All Incan say is WOW! It really hydrates and keeps the moisture locked in. I didn’t have to reapply any extra lotion or anything at all.The smell is also pretty good it’s going to take me some getting used to. I like it but at the same time it smells different than I expected but it works so well I don’t care. When it’s absorbed you don’t really smell it that much anyway. I like that it does keep my regular perfume lasting a little bit longer than usual too.If you have dry skin and want to get rid of darker areas of skin then this is a wonderful product that does what it says it will. I’m happy about it!

This product has very unique ingredients, wow! The base is Sesame Oil and Himalayan Rock Salt! It has lovely herbal extracts and seed extracts.The scent is quite strong for me and that’s why I marked down by one star. It really is a personal preference. The scent is exotic and unique. I’m sure a lot of people will love the scent. It is spicy with hints of vanilla and floral. It has frankincense which I can smell as well. It reminds me of India.The oil goes on smoothly and is light-weight so it absorbs well. It is very moisturizing without being too greasy. It is light in color and seems very pure and fresh.I love the pump bottle! The pump works so well and it is a glass container to keep the oils pure. My bottle was manufactured in January 2025 and is good for 2 years.There are no mineral oils or parabens.Very lovely packaging and would make a nice gift.This product is made in India and distributed by a company in Singapore.

Prettily designed. It's a body oil with a vanilla- like scent. It's small and under.4 ounces so I'm not sure what justifies the 45.oo price. It's advertised as both a body oil and massage oil-- I use as a body oil. Massage oils don't usually absorb into skin as readily as body oils as the latter are more designed to maintain lubricationon the skin-- operative word "on." I'm not sure which use this oil is best suited for.

The packaging makes it ideal for gifts and I had a hard time wanting to get ride of the container it came in. It would be a fun and cute body oil to gift to someone. It's 100mL so it's okay for travel through airport and I found it convenient for travel as a all-in-1 body skincare (outside of spf). Personally, I used it after shower on its own and it was lovely. The next night I used it after I let my lactic acid lotion settle on my skin and it worked the best that way. My skin was extra smooth after using with a lactic acid lotion. I like it best on my arms and calves. I would recommend this is as a lovely treat for someone or personal use.There is some fragrance but it's like a vanilla light musk so it paired well with another perfume on top and it extended my perfume fragrance as a result. I would recommend it in general.

First off, this oil makes my skin feel so hydrated and soft. It’s not greasy at all. The oil sinks into my thirsty skin and gives it a nice sheen and I don’t need a lot of it.The scent - wow - it’s unlike anything I’ve smelled before. When first applied, the frankincense is really noticeable with citrus and pine coming through strong. As it dries down, I can smell vanilla and coconut and then a powdery scent at the end. It’s such a complex scent that is absolutely pleasurable!The packaging is gorgeous and this oil would make a fantastic gift for anyone.
