Deadpool Double Pack [Blu-ray]

Both are worth watching if you like irreverent, brutal humour.

I purchased this as a gift for my friend. They loved it. Excellent superhero adventure

I'm not usually one for comic books or superhero stuff, so I was amused to discover in my last order I'd managed to order no less than 3 double packs! The Incredibles and Guardians of the Galaxy were both decent 4* films with rather duff sequels. Deadpool is rather a mickey-take out of the whole superhero thing; what I hadn't realised was that he is actually a regular Marvel comic character as well. Anyway, you probably know more about all of that than I do, and you've probably a fair idea of what the films are about too. So I shall stick to saying that the original film is excellent, hilarious, and well worth 5*. Pool 2 is a bit slower, not quite so many gags but it, like No.1, has a decent story & makes for a very decent sequel. Ryan Reynolds is excellent as the eponymous hero, and his curiously light, almost feminine voice only makes his characterisation the better. If I were rating 2 alone, I'd probably only give it 4*, but this pack, with both together, is definitely 5* stuff.

Purchased as a gift, good value for money great films

Very funny DVDs not suitable for under 15s , there is a pretty long and detailed sex scene in the first movie and lots of bad language (the f word mainly) It's a shame they feel the need to have these parts as it could of easily been suitable for a 12 without them. Putting that aside it's a very good film and Ryan Reynolds is very likable !

What great movies that are nothing but entertaining,cast works very well together and it shows in both movies,and if your buy as I did from amazonuk the disks I received are region free and cheaper than buying a domestic selling. Tons of extras in the second movie this is on the theatrical disk not the uncut I have not as of this writing watched the extras in the first movie but will soon. Clean pressing with no dropouts or artifacts ,truly money well spent. Delivery time was 8 days and yes it is worth the wait. Thank you amazonuk..
