Good product depending on what you use it for. I use it to help kids with special needs learn to catch and they use it to knock things over. I didn't find it reliable being used for it's real purpose which is to pitch balls. They don't come straight enough. Also, I wouldn't but another one used. The motor was that strong.

Inaccurate ball release . Okay for practicing catch, but not good for batting

I read all the reviews before purchasing this for my five and three year old. For the price, it is excellent. As some people said, at times, it is not always accurate especially on a windy day, but what do you expect with wiffle or dimple balls that are light weight. Both my boys very much enjoy this. Even my three year old likes to try to hit them. Great buy for the price but as other's have said, not always accurate in the pitch, but I think you would know that when you are playing with wiffle/dimple balls that are so light weight.

Let me start by saying I have the smaller version. I bought four years ago that sits on the ground and it works great. This thing is a nightmare. Instead of the wheels being on the sides of the ball, they are on the top of the bottom and every single pitch has so much forward spin that no matter how far I tilt it back, it throws essentially a sinker straight into the ground because of the spin. If it doesn’t do that, it does the same thing but far off to the left, I can have it throw 60 pitches and three of them might be in any sort of strike zone. Cheaply built and it went from four d Batteries to four c batteries and throws nowhere near as hard as the smaller version. This thing is just unusable. Only good maybe for parts if they are interchangeable with the smaller version. I don’t remember the last time I was this dissatisfied with anything

Although every pitch isn't perfectly straight, that's the reality when playing so I feel it gives my kids practice watching the balls and the pitches aren't off by much. It holds 5 balls and gives enough time to prep for each pitch. I love that it can also help with fielding as it has different settings. It's best to use when it's not windy as the wind carries the light wiffle type balls off course. Overall it's great for kids who are learning to bat and field. My son (6) and daughter (8) both like it

I have a regulation size wiffle all field out back and I was shopping for something that would pitch to me so I could just relax and blow off some steam. I Search and SEARCHED for something that would pitch wiffle balls and unfortunately couldn’t find something so I settled for this based off reviews and MLB sponsorship. $60. Mid-range so should be alright…. It’s not. Takes 4- C batteries to get going. (That’s another 10$) I bought the extra balls for it even though they were a bit salty in price but hey , thats the price of convenience. Right? ANYWAYS….SO HERE’s the PROBLEM.. It’s pitching power/ distance is WEAK!!! and yes I am aware it’s not built for adults or professional use but,.. IT’s BAD. Like bad, BAAAAD. I can’t even put this thing 8ft away from me and it be able to lob a ball in to me. For $70, I really expected something more than this. I VERY MUCH regret the buy. I hope this reaches everyone that may be considering the product before they make the mistake of purchasing. It nots good for any age group. PASS ON IT.

I purchased this 3 in 1 Batter Machine in March for my Grandson who is 6 years old. As a friend of mine had one last year and my grandson used it. I haven't used ours yet as we are waiting for the whether to become nicer, but I have seen the way it works and for what I have seen it perfect for him. It's slow enough but not to slow with good batteries, the range is good for him to practice with weather its fielding, fly ball or batting it really helps to get him ready for the Baseball Season. I think its in the Top 5 on my list.

Didn’t shoot ball accurately. Hollow plastic balls only can be used and they don’t fly in the air correctly.. any wind sends them off path and even without wind the ball does not come straight out in line to hit. We tried all the settings (pop fly, ground ball, regular pitch) the machine is back in the box and doesn’t get used. Which is to bad because our son loves baseball and looked forward to having more practice

Works good - was hoping we could use tennis balls interchangeably with it. We can't but not the products fault. Kids love it - but only works with plastic wiffle balls
