The product does exactly what it says
The product comes only with directions in pictures on the box. I had a question regarding use of the product and received a very quick and useful explanation about putting it on standing up against a wall to insure your posture is proper when putting it on. I suggested they incorporate that direction in the packaging. It takes some time to adjust to the corrector and 2-4 hour increments are good. It does help with your posture at work and working out. The product and customer service are excellent.

Comfortable to wear
Just start using but better than an ace wrap pulls shoulders back and is comfortable to wear.

does not fit properly
If you are a over 6 feet tall this item is not for you. If you have scapular wringing it will not help because it does not fit properly.

It works if you're wondering
I'm actually a very large man, 4xlt shirt size, 60" chest and this fits and works surprisingly well. It takes some getting used to and I feel like I have to tighten it often but I don't mind.

It is comfortable an helps my posture very well, easy to put on, only complaint would be is it makes me sweat more.

Doesn't work
This is a joke. Doesn't work. Doesn't provide the support the photo shows and fits awkwardly. Don't waste your money.

Horrible rash
This thing gave me a horrible rash. I wore it once and it affected my left & right armpit. I didn't think it was the brace, thought it was something else so I waited for it to clear. I cleaned the brace and tried again. Currently at the doctors with a second rash. It's the material from this.
