This is definitely the best toothbrush I've used. Everything came in a nice package. First, the brush is very powerful. Because the brush is small and well-designed, it gets all the hard-to-reach areas with ease. Second, battery life is incredible. I've had it for more than 2 weeks now and I have not had to recharge it. Lastly, overall design makes it easy to clean, comfortable to hold and use, and look good. The only "con" or concern i have is that it only came with a USB charger without the wall plug for it. I would expect to charge it in the bathroom but I would either to take it to a place where I can recharge it using the USB plug or get a wall plug for it. Other than that, this product is great and I strongly recommend it to those who are looking to buy an affordable electric toothbrush!

Update #4 - Do not buy this toothbrush because it is impossible to get replacement heads. I love the way it brushes but have not been able to find the replacement heads. Contacted the company months ago and they were supposed to send me replacement heads but I have not received them yet. I ended up having to buy a different electric toothbrush but that has also stopped working. Stick with the name brands such as Phillips. Wish I could have found the replay heads though.Update #3 - This toothbrush works great, the problem is finding replacement brushes. I contacted the company back in December or January and was told they would send me replacements after the Chinese New Year. I still have not received any replacement brushes and I ordered some others from Amazon but they did not fit. So I am stuck with a nice working electric toothbrush but no brush heads.New Update: Since the seller has sent me a new toothbrush it works perfectly. I have been using it several times a day due to my invisalign and it has not failed. Makes my teeth so much smoother than using a traditional toothbrush. I would highly recommend this electric toothbrush if you are in the market for one.Update: The seller contacted me and sent me a new toothbrush. So far it is working fine. The seller was great in contacting me and correcting the issue. I'm moving the product up to three stars for customer service alone. I will do an update if I can get past a month of usage.Fell in love with this brush the first day I used it, then several days later it would not work. It appeared completely charged but would not turn on. I am sending back for a refund. I also purchased the black one for my son, his hasn't stopped working yet but he started using his several days after I started. We will see how long his lasts. I cannot recommend this item, as I see others have had the same issues I had with it working a few days then stopping. I was trying to save a few pennies, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

This toothbrush did the job! I love the baby pink color i picked out! When i opened the packaging it came with an extra brush head which i definitely appreciated. One less trip to the store i have to maie for a while. It had quite a few special settings. Clean polish whiten and gum care. Not only that but the tooth brush is water proof. My husband brushes his teeth in the shower so its something ill have to order for him next. The charging base was small and compact so it doesnt take up much room on my bathroom vanity. I like that this had a timer to tell me how long to brush and also the toothbrush changes color when its time to replace the head of it. The only thing i didnt really care for was that the head doesnt spin it just vibrates which at first it kind of was too much but after a few more yses i got used to it and now i feel like im getting a professional teeth cleaning when im done. I would recommend this to my friends and family for sure as a cheaper alternative to a more expensive electric toothbrush.

This is a solid brush. It is easy to use and carry. I love how clean and polished my teeth feel after using everyday! Definitely recommend, good quality and reasonable pricing. Plus, the pink is perfect, 4 different settings. The battery life is long.

I bought this electronic toothbrush in Feb and now is dead. The lifetime only last two months. I won’t recommend this product

Battery life lasts what I would expect. Value for the money, not so much. This toothbrush is similar to the kids brushes you see at Another store, only the heads are replaceable

I purchased this for my niece's birthday. She stated that it works quite well. She loves the color and how easy it is to use. It is lightweight also. Please note (not a problem for her) that it charges using an USB charger. It is my niece's first electric toothbrush and she loves it.
