I am 63 I have been taking this supplement for more than 5 years, I had to take a break due to the company that was providing it changed and no longer carried or carried it under a different name. I could certainly tell a difference in how I felt and lack of energy . But was glad when I found it under a different vendor, I am not sure if the combinations have changed but it is continuing to improve my health and it seems to be fairly vegetarian friendly. Some of the other combinations (15 factor)have bovine something in them and that is a definite no.

Hello friends, I selected this actif telemere mega support for good health.I gave this supplement to my housemate who has poor digestion. They actually experience an energy increase and was feeling really good while taking it. They believe that this is attributed to the large amounts of vitamins listed. With poor digestion she probably got a portion of that absorbed in her intestine. She did have a side effect and that was that she couldn't sleep. Even if she took it in the morning. When she quit taking it, she found she could sleep. So something was keeping her body going in the ingredients.
