This is a great set for young dancers. Great for practice and improvement. It is made well and works well. It comes with a great instructional video. I love the bag to keep everything together as well. These things work, if you put your mind to it and really use it regularly. this is the best set I have seen that has everything all in one and with a video. perfect gift for young dancers.

This set has everything your dancer needs to improve stretch and turns at home. Flexibility is important, as is taking time each day to warm up muscles. Recommended.
