The taste was hard to take I added honey. This is a very hard to find product.

I bought this as an alternative to the large Magnesium capsules. Also hoping that the liquid form will work quickly at bedtime. I like the taste and so far it's going well.

If you want Magnesium Glycinate without a whole bunch of other vitamin supplements, this is one to consider. While I cannot speak to the quality of the ingredients, I was pleased to find something without added vitamins which I am avoiding. This does help my sleep, significantly. I notice when I do NOT have it. I take it at bedtime and sleep very well. My one complaint is the taste. The berry flavor is almost like perfume, and is far too strongly flavored in my opinion. It claims not to have added sugars but clearly it has a sweetener. I prefer the flavor of some other brands but those also had other vitamins added. In my opinion, simpler is better and if they can reduce the flavoring/improve it somehow, I would give this 5 stars. That said, I plan to buy this until I find something with a better flavor as long as it is equally effective.

Was skeptical but this is the best magnesium ive ever tried for restless leg syndrome & sleep. It taste like candy, LITERALLY! And it absorbs almost immediately. The dosage is so small only 100ml literally feels like nothing. Who wants to take a huge pill before they go to bed. No one.

Broken language on the bottle and box makes me worried about this being a knockoff.

I take this a little before bed and I sleep very well. Wake up feeling refreshed and well rested. I'm calmer during the day and able to handle every day stress better as well. Great taste and easy to take. My body absorbs it almost immediately 😊😊😊
