Great Product does the job on tracking sleep, heart rate, movement etc. Very easy to set up and get going. Would recommend for those that do not want to wear a smart watch.

I love this ring, it does everything and more that you could ever want from a fitness tracker. It also works really well alongside your Apple Watch. I would highly recommend and it was sent to me within 24 hours.

Really impressed, it's been tracking my sleep and helping manage my diet and exercise. It's comfortable and pretty stylish. The app is easy to use and doesn't bother me all the time with ads or useless notifications. It's very expensive and having to pay a subscription isn't the best but I think it's pretty good value for the technology in it. It was really easy to set up and hasn't had any connection drop outs or other issues. I'm a little concerned that the next ring will not be compatible with my current charger or case if I decide to get one. I hope it will be but the 3rd gen isn't compatible with 4th so that's something to know if you're buying in a few years and the 5th gen is due out. Hopefully I'm wrong and backwards and forwards compatibility won't be a problem. I like the idea of being able to give friends a discount link right from the app but it would be better if I got a month of my subscription free if they buy. I much prefer this form factor to a watch but you do give up easy heart rate monitoring so maybe a widget that can be pinned to a phone screen or even a small screen on the ring would be something cool to add in the future. Blood pressure monitoring would also really be a cool thing to add but that might not be possible. One other thing to keep in mind if you are buying is it really needs a lot of data to get the most out of it so for the first couple of weeks to a month it won't give you all the readings. In conclusion, I love it, I'm really pleased with the fit and the colour I chose. The app is great and I wish I'd had one years ago. Very happy customer.

My wife and I bought two rings. Mine arrived complete, but my wife's was missing the ring. So I ordered another one, thinking it was just a mistake. Her second package arrived the next day with no ring in it AGAIN.

It doesn’t just give you only the minimal data, like Deep, Light and REM sleep, but also things like how long it takes you to get to sleep (latency) and how restless you are —it then translates this into genuinely helpful feedback, like sleep and recovery scores, body temperature trends, and guided breathing for stress. The daily readiness score helps me pace myself, which is essential when managing fatigue and sensory overwhelm. The breathing and mindfulness sessions have been a great tool during flare-ups or overstimulation. A few things to note: There is a monthly app subscription, but it’s reasonably priced for what you get. I also got a month free when I signed up. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate, though some people might need a bit of time to explore all its features—there are a lot, and they’re all useful. It takes about 90 days for Oura to fully calibrate and understand your individual baseline, so the insights get better over time. Buying the sizing kit first is a MUST—you’ll want a good fit for accuracy and comfort. Tagging activities and meals is super simple (if you remember to do it). The Rest Mode is a thoughtful feature for days when you’re sick, in pain, or recovering, though I do wish stress tracking stayed active during this mode. Battery life is solid, syncing is quick, and the ring itself is lightweight and comfortable—even with sensory sensitivities. It also integrates beautifully with Clue for cycle tracking, which adds another layer of helpful data for me. If you're managing chronic illness, neurodivergence, or just want a deeper, more holistic view of your health, I can’t recommend the Oura Ring 4 enough. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about understanding your body, honoring your limits, and supporting your wellbeing.

After 6m of using it, i could notice a decrease in battery performance. Comparing with Gen3, the battery health lasts less on a long run. I had Gen3 for more than 1 year until switching to Gen4, and the battery lasted around 5days. On Gen4 they advertised that battery would lasts approximately 7days. Now, barely lasts up to 4days.

I hesitated for a while before investing in this gadget. And I love my Gadgets! but after doing some homework on the competition, I decided to jump for it. First, the fit and metal colour are great, I couldn't be happier, the quality and durability is insane, i do everything with it, I rarely take it off. The connectivity to my Samsung Z Fold6 was flawless, no hiccups, plus, everything you open the app, it updates in no time. so great compatibility. Now, you need to give it time to gather data about you, of course... it will not happen overnight which is quite right, but the intel you get afterwards is great. Your body age, sleep quality, energy available, your stress, it is such a great little ring. it is a lot of money for such a small device but the value for money is worth it. I highly recommend it if you are curious and want to be nudge in the right direction for better health.

This is the second Oura Ring I have owned, this one had a great discount in the Amazon sale so it was worth upgrading from the 3 to the 4. It looks great in Black Stealth and can handle knocks and abuse of a manual labour job. I’ve had it 6 weeks now and worn it every day to work and I still don’t see any scratches dents or marks on it. Battery life is also exceptional at 6 days, maybe 7 at a push. But it doesn’t take long to recharge either. The App that comes with it is very good as well and covers the same matrix that an iOS or Android watch does including sleep, heart rate, oxygen saturation, steps, Activity and even stress. It gives a detailed breakdown of each and depending on how interested you are you can breakdown by day, week, month or year. It can also provide weekly, monthly and yearly reports on All matrix monitored. So if you’re way over your step goal for example the app will suggest setting a higher one. It does the same with sleep etc. There is also a Rest mode if you pick up an injury or illness. I was very surprised when I had the flu and the App notified me that something was going on with my body and suggested rest mode. So if you’re a Sporty individual or just someone like me who likes to keep tabs on my health I would highly recommend this ring.
