So So Happy!
I hesitated for a while before investing in this gadget. And I love my Gadgets! but after doing some homework on the competition, I decided to jump for it. First, the fit and metal colour are great, I couldn't be happier, the quality and durability is insane, i do everything with it, I rarely take it off. The connectivity to my Samsung Z Fold6 was flawless, no hiccups, plus, everything you open the app, it updates in no time. so great compatibility. Now, you need to give it time to gather data about you, of course... it will not happen overnight which is quite right, but the intel you get afterwards is great. Your body age, sleep quality, energy available, your stress, it is such a great little ring. it is a lot of money for such a small device but the value for money is worth it. I highly recommend it if you are curious and want to be nudge in the right direction for better health.

Wonderful
Amazing! The price was excellent, the quality is great, it tracks my sleep, my meals, my daily activity and it looks elegant and sleek. You can wear it for days and the battery lasts a lot. The best Christmas present!

A great tool which does exactly what it says.
The app is brilliant. It takes a while to get to know you, so don't expect instant insights, but as it builds a picture it is really good at telling you what's going on. I am using it to track my food etc as well, so not exclusively related to what's happening on the ring. On the ring specifically? Well, it is chunkier than a ring you'd buy as jewellery. That's ok and it's not ridiculous, but you have to get used to it. I do find I take it off and put it on more, or change fingers, as my hand needs a rest. The colour... Despite the name stealth, does stand out. If you want something more subtle then brushed or silver is probably better, as it's more like typical jewellery. That being said, I've gotten used to it. Sizing - definitely get the sizing kit and wear not for a few mins but for a day or two to understand how your fingers change size. Battery life is good. I reckon 8 charge it once every 4 otlr 5 days so far. I understand turning off blood oxygen measuring is the way to really eek out more battery life. You can also use airplane mode to reduce how often it speaks to your phone. But yeah, no regrets, it's a great tool and honestly, easier to live with than a smart watch.

Expensive but good value!
Really impressed, it's been tracking my sleep and helping manage my diet and exercise. It's comfortable and pretty stylish. The app is easy to use and doesn't bother me all the time with ads or useless notifications. It's very expensive and having to pay a subscription isn't the best but I think it's pretty good value for the technology in it. It was really easy to set up and hasn't had any connection drop outs or other issues. I'm a little concerned that the next ring will not be compatible with my current charger or case if I decide to get one. I hope it will be but the 3rd gen isn't compatible with 4th so that's something to know if you're buying in a few years and the 5th gen is due out. Hopefully I'm wrong and backwards and forwards compatibility won't be a problem. I like the idea of being able to give friends a discount link right from the app but it would be better if I got a month of my subscription free if they buy. I much prefer this form factor to a watch but you do give up easy heart rate monitoring so maybe a widget that can be pinned to a phone screen or even a small screen on the ring would be something cool to add in the future. Blood pressure monitoring would also really be a cool thing to add but that might not be possible. One other thing to keep in mind if you are buying is it really needs a lot of data to get the most out of it so for the first couple of weeks to a month it won't give you all the readings. In conclusion, I love it, I'm really pleased with the fit and the colour I chose. The app is great and I wish I'd had one years ago. Very happy customer.

Wouldn’t bother.
Doesn’t track steps accurately, doesn’t log sleep properly either. Went for a 95 minute walk yesterday, Apple Watch tracked 11000 steps, oura ring only tracked 2000, you need to manually swing your arm when walking or it doesn’t log the steps, which means if your pushing a pushchair or have your hands in your pocket or typing/talking on your phone, it won’t register your walk, which is ridiculous in 2026 for something so pricey, constantly having to think having your arms swinging by your side. I was up from 12.30am until 3.30pm last night with a crying baby, once again the apple watches picked this up and logged 3hrs 25minutes wake time, the oura however said 2hrs and a ‘good nights rest’, isn’t accurate at all and would stick with an Apple Watch if you want the most accurate results, I bought this as I got fed up of the daily charging of my watch but the ring is no use if it isn’t anywhere near accurate.

A great alternative to a smart-watch
I was keen to utilise technology to help with my fitness, but love mechanical watches so a smart-watch wasn't an option. Came across this and after some research I gave it a punt. Very happy customer, the ring is a doddle to set up and works a treat. Battery life is a snadge less than advertised but not enough to make me dock points. It's a shame about the subscription, as I think the ring is costly enough that it's something of a liberty to charge for ongoing use, they could lose things like the guided meditation etc and give a free option, or bake in more value-add to the app. Enough moaning though, what it does it does really well, giving me insights into my sleep patterns and broader health. I am happy I bought it and check the app at least daily months after buying.

Very good but not perfect
Tracks biometrics pretty accurately. Has a premium price plus a subscription. Add to the fact that they scratch quite easily it’s not a 5 star. Comfortable to wear, much more comfortable than a watch

We purchased the Oura Oura Ring 4 as a Christmas gift for our 20-year-old son, and it has quickly become one of his favorite gifts. He’s very interested in understanding his body better, and this ring gives him exactly that without being bulky or distracting. The first thing he commented on was how comfortable and lightweight it is. Unlike a smartwatch, he doesn’t feel the need to take it off during the day or while sleeping, which makes it much easier to wear consistently. The sizing kit was definitely helpful, and once the correct size was selected, the fit was spot on. What really stands out is the amount of data and insight the ring provides. He loves being able to monitor things like sleep patterns, activity levels, recovery, and overall wellness in one place. The app presents everything in a clean, easy-to-understand way, making the information useful instead of overwhelming. It’s more about trends and awareness than obsessing over numbers, which I appreciate. Sleep tracking has probably been his favorite feature so far. He’s been genuinely surprised at how detailed the sleep insights are and has already made small adjustments to his routine based on what the ring is showing him. It’s encouraging to see technology used in a way that promotes better habits rather than distractions. Battery life has been solid, and charging is quick and simple. He also likes that it doesn’t constantly buzz or demand attention—it quietly collects data in the background and lets him check it when he wants. Overall, this was a great gift and feels well worth it for someone interested in health, fitness, and self-awareness. If you’re looking for a wearable that focuses more on wellness and less on screens and notifications, the Oura Ring 4 is an excellent option. Our son absolutely loves it, and it’s something he uses every single day.

I've had my aura ring for a little over a month now. I was very hesitant about this purchase. For one it's one of the more expensive options for tracking biometrics on top of that you need to pay a monthly subscription to really use the thing. That being said it is worth every single solitary penny without a doubt. This thing gives you easily comprehensible data on pretty much everything from the very moment I'm typing this to long term trends. Sleep, fitness, vitality, stress, resilience and so much more. It's also a great educational tool providing you with tips and feedback along the way helping you reach your goals to become a healthier and more productive version of yourself. Here's an example of something that surprised me; this ring started reading and warning me of symptoms of illness before I really started feeling sick with the flu. It diligently kept close watch on my vitals and advised appropriately. It's been extraordinarily helpful in balancing effort with recovery so I don't overdue thing and also don't become complacent. I'm still learning new features and aura is still developing new features all of the time. If you're serious about tracking and improving your health and fitness this is the most useful tool I have found in changing my life second only to faith. The investments you can make in yourself having this much data and sound advice at hand is worth far more than the cost of this ring and subscription. If you have fingers you'd be a fool not to purchase this.

Love the Oura ring is not true to normal ring sizes so definitely use a sizing kit! Becomes comfortable as you wear it an get used to it. I feel like it tracks the heart rate and sleep well but maybe a little less accurate on the activity. Super easy to set up and use the app but does come with a subscription charge. Waterproof I do dishes and shower and everything with it on! But does scratch very easy.
