I am short and chunky
Ok, I am short (5"4') and fat (210lbs) for t-shirts I prefer XL because it's baggy and it makes me feel better. I bought these in both XL and L. Both were very forgiving. If you are short like me, maybe, try to large first because the XL is a bit long. These blow figs out of the water. Also, the pants are some of the best scrub pants I have ever purchased. They are on the long side, remember I am short. I just cuff them and go about my day.

SO COMFORTABLE
I got a set of these scrubs as a gift. I’ve been a nurse for 20 yrs. These are, hands down, the most comfortable scrubs I’ve ever worn. Cool, comfy and lightweight. And they wash great! I work 3 12s a week. Bought 2 more pairs. Will never wear regular scrubs again.

I'm 5'10 and 180 lbs with a somewhat athletic build. After reading the comments, I decided to opt for a medium and it's still pretty big. It feels like it should be a large. I would probably size down if I were to purchase this again. The material is pretty stretchy and is comfortable to wear.

Daily scrub
I wear these scrubs daily and own 5 pairs. They are extremely comfortable and are made of great material. Warning against drying on high heat, the elastic will warp and cause them to become "wrinkled" forever.

I have the women’s pair and I just bought these for my husband who is also in Healthcare and he used to only wear Cherokee and he loves these!

Fits perfect !
I was skeptical about buying scrubs from Amazon but now that’s where I buy them all this brand is amazing , very comfortable they don’t stretch as much so if you have a very muscular upper body I would go a size up but if you don’t mind then just get your regular size they’re still very comfortable and breathable.
