The watch production to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the invention of Cracker Jack was made in 1995 under the licensing agreement with the Borden Food Company. THE CRACKER JACK STORY..... Popcorn, peanuts and a toy surprise - it all started in 1872 when German immigrant brothers, F.W. and Louis Rueckheim started selling popcorn. Their business expanded and in 1893 the brothers sold a special confection of popcorn, peanuts and molasses at the Colombian World's Exposition in Chicago.
